              My house built in 2018 has Jeld-Wen windows.One of the windows became defective recently as it accumulates condensation.Jeld-Wen has lifetime warranty on their windows that covers condensation as well.I contacted Jeld-Wen in ****** but they refused to take care of it under warranty saying that it is builder's responsibility while in fact the warranty is given to the product and not to the builder or the individual.I would truly appreciate BBB's assistance in having this defect eliminated under manufacturer's warranty.Thank you!
