5 starsSherpa Auto Transport was flexible with our pick-up date and worked around our schedule as we packed our house to move. Vehicle was transported from CA to CT with no issues or damage. Would highly recommend their services!

5 starsIn the end we are happy we chose Sherpa. The car arrived in the exact condition we last saw it, communication was good including daily updates while they were looking for a transport company, easy to reach via email with questions/quick responses, price was less than other companies, and they honored their price lock promise and ended up taking all of their part of the payment to use to hire a transport company because the car (which broke down on a trip and we left with a local repair shop to fix) was located in a very small town not on any major routes so harder to find someone. The timing was not exactly as we were quoted - we paid extra for the 3 day pick up window (which was a Wed - Fri), in the end they found a transport company after the weekend on Mon and the car did not get picked up until Thurs of that week (so almost a week late). But as I said they took none of their fee so we paid the whole amount to the transport company, Diesel Auto Transport, who picked up and brought us our car. This company was also great in communicating with us - we had the contact information for the drivers and got regular updates. They arranged the pickup with the service shop owner during his business hours. In the end everything was great, just behind on the timing (but I'll take that over damage to the car or no communication or issues). It was also nice not having to go get the car ourselves and letting them handle it.Review fromCarol K

4 stars***y shipped two vehicles for us, all the way across the country, 3200 miles. *** first one was picked up on time and taken 100 miles to their consolidation place where it was to be loaded onto the long-haul truck. I called the carrier (****************) a week later to find out the *** and was told the long-haul driver had been sick and so our car was still sitting there. An entire week! And no one had contacted me to let me know. Finally another driver picked up the car and delivered it, 4 days later than the last day of the window. ***y gave us a 7% discount on the price.*** second vehicle was picked up and delivered within the window.Sherpa was very helpful and friendly every time I called them. Other than the above issue, **************** was also helpful when I contacted them, although sometimes I had to leave multiple messages or texts.Review fromMichael J

5 starsMy experience with Sherpa Auto Transport was a good one. They were responsive during the search for a transport, reviewed and noted on the bill of lading any issues with the car before shipping, provided an easy delivery and delivered the car ahead of when it was initially scheduled.
