5 starsThey did exactly what they said they would do.... and made good on the promise if a transporter in the allotted time did not pick up the vehicle, they would add their fee to the price to be paid. And it worked. Very happy with the customer service.Review fromAshley B

4 starsThe transport of the car went very well although, there was a bit of an unknown as to when it would happen and if they could bring the car to my home. The car transport was contracted out to a car carrier. This happened about 3 days later and on a weekend. I was making arrangements to be at home for the delivery but was not sure when this would happen. I was also notified that the car carrier may not be able to drop off the car at my home.It all worked out OK although, was not the most opportune time of delivery. 5 starsExceptional! Sherpa was recommended to us and we are more than pleased with their service. We tried DIY first by going online to select a carrier...what a huge waste of time and hassle that only delayed the shipment. If you need auto transport done, just call Sherpa.
