  I had my car shipped from ********** to ********. The car got there on time and in the same condition it left in. The driver checked in on a regular basis and gave me updates throughout the process. Great service, was worth every ***** I paid. I will be using their services again.

  The process for finding trustworthy car transport was pretty daunting and stressful. Glad we went with Sherpa they were straight forward and did a good job finding a great driver for us. We were worried about getting low balled a cheep transport price like a lot of companies do and when it fails to pick up having to pay like triple the cost last min. Sherpas price guarantee thing prevented us from having to worry about that and they just gave us a realistic price that the car would actually get picked up for and stuck to it.*** our driver with novagram transport LLC was very professional, kind, and communicative. He made sure to provide bill of lading right away on pick up and arrival. Got my car from ** to ** quick and safe. I hope this doesnt come across as an ad or fake review, Im just a normal person whole was stressed with the whole process and wanted to convey they did a great job. Im sure anyone whos looking into shipping their car will realize how stressful it is.

  Sherpa was great! ****** was our representative and explained the entire process. She was upfront and honest, explained what to expect, how to pay, and the insurance that supported our vehicle. She even share how others tracked their vehicles in the past, since tracking is not provided with Sherpa. I appreciated Sherpa and their ease with communication. They did outsource the shipment to a carrier company, which was expected and explained. The outsourced carrier was not as timely or communicative as Sherpa. Highly recommend them for shipping across the country. The price was reasonable- not the lowest, but also you get what you pay for!

  Looked at a number of reviews and the same few companies kept being mentioned. Sherpa was noted for strengths in areas like scheduling, timing and price that appealed to me. We went with them and everyone was very helpful during the reservation process. They explained how things worked and a few days before transport, we were notified of the trucking company that would be doing the move and what day they had scheduled. That morning, we got a call from the driver and made arrangements for pickup in downtown ***********. They gave us an estimate of 5-6 days to get to NE ****. On day 5, we got a text from the driver saying he was looking at noon-4pm the next day. He called around 1pm to check details and we had the car about 90 minutes later. Other than some bugs, all was in perfect condition. Sherpa covers a wash, so not a problem. Drivers were professional and personable to deal with. I would go with them again.

  I booked with Sherpa to move a car from northern OR to *******. They finally gave me a Mon - Fri 5 day window. They promised that I would be notified the night before the pick up with a 2 hour window the following day. M, T, W nothing. I called, waited on hold and was finally disconnected saying there is no one to talk to. Emailed them, nothing but canned emails.Friday, the final day of the 5 day window I get a text saying pick up was between 1:30 and 2:00. I was in a meeting until 1:00 and I finally saw the email at 1:05. I scrambled and spoke with the actual carrier, Alpine Trucking, who worked with me. The car go picked up.I requested a $200 refund because they didn't do what they sad they would do and they dismissed me out of hand. Gave them a 1 because there is no zero rating.

To set our customers up for success, we work in windows of time for both pickup and delivery. This is why we set your shipment up with a 5 business day pickup window.   Sherpa was honest and helpful with deciding on the right broker. Many other companies quoted me, then called and texted, as well as emailed me over and over. Only Sherpa provided a quote and one followup phone call with no pressure to decide immediately. They allowed me to research my options and make the right choice at my pace - thank you Sherpa.
