    Used Sherpa twice to transport my car between ******* and ********** and both times it was a pleasant experience! Quick confirmation of a driver and both carriers used were professional and quick with delivery. After experiencing trouble with other companies, I would 100% recommend Sherpa!

    Awsome service transporting from ********** to texas driver arrived on time and willing to arrive on a weekend since I'm working loaded the car and took 100+ pictures and gave me a link to inform me of location. *** arrived in ***** 3 days later driver told my wife she needed to **** to nearby shopping center and offered to pay which was nice car was unloaded w no problems I'm happy as can be will def use ****** again!

    Overall satisfied with the Sherpa end of it, but the transport company changed pick up and drop off times more than once which was a little frustrating since we had planned schedules around them. Also, minor damage to one of the two vehicles (broken hubcap) with no explanation. But I know not everything can go perfect, so positive experience and would do it again.

    Very responsive and worked with me to achieve my delivery window. The first trucking company they booked me with was also very responsive and tried to work with me to achieve my delivery window but it didn't work out (they tried very hard). Then Sherpa was able to book me with another trucking company that could do my delivery window and he provided five star service - picked up the car within two hours of speaking and delivered exactly when discussed without a scratch or any problems with the car. In an industry where customers can be taken advantage of, ********************** and their contracting trucking companies are exceptional in their service and pricing!

    Excellent service from start to finish for a cross country move. It was costlier than other quotes but I still chose Sherpa because they had a price lock system, which meant no surprise expenses later. They were professional, prompt, and communicated well throughout the process. The carrier assigned by them was also professional, but you may have to call them a few times to know when they are picking up or for any updates on location. But the driver was polite, customer service representatives were responsive, and the car plus household goods up to 100 pounds in the trunk were in perfect condition upon delivery, which was also quick. I highly recommended Sherpa's services and will use them in the future if needed.
