    Even after paying my bill in full they continued to charge my card and it has taken filing a dispute with my bank to get them to refund my money

    I, B.J.H, DOB 08/10/1965, feel compelled to let folks know how I was Grossly neglected by this company, after my surgery on 5/23/24. On 5/23/24, a *********************** explained the steps that would be taken by the team, & how I would be administered directly in to the * shoulder a "New" medicine that replaces the previous nerve block. Then informed how they would be following up w/ me post care. Surgery was on Thurs; Fri-Sun, no call, Sun I call the # provided on discharge paperwork, only to get no answer from "On Call". It's alarming that no one called, because I needed to run by them a concern that was present in my * thumb. Today, Wed. 5/29/24, I called again, a ***************************** answers, I explain how no one bothered to call, explained the * thumb concern. I give my name, ***, date of surgery; clearly struggling to find my chart, then states, oh hear, I found *** *** apologize because it just seems to have been misplaced. Folks, I wasn't "misplaced," I was grossly NEGLECTED! Had something happened to me in this 6 days, Providence Anesthesiology Associates would be directly liable. Sure, if an emergency arose, I'd have been taken to E*. But I find it appalling that I was neglected! No doubt as result of it being a holiday weekend, & complete focus wasn't on their patients! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE POST OP SE*VICE!

    After receiving my 1st bill, I called Providence Anesthesiology & the employee said he would refile with insurance because I had met my deductible on the date of service (1/19/23) so my insurance should have paid 80%. Received 2nd bill which I held while waiting to see what insurance would pay. Next, ************************* started calling me, after hours, and leaving messages that I needed to call them back to settle this bill because I had been turned into collections. I called & paid the bill in full on the phone with ************************* on *** 24, 2023 & it cleared my bank. I received another bill in June so I called again, and was told I have a $0 balance but the way the statements are sent out, the information had not had time to be completed yet. The lady I talked to gladly agreed to send me an itemized statement of the details of my account. She did email me, but there was no attachment on the email. I emailed her back last week and asked for her to please send the attachment and I have received no response. Today, July 11, 2023, I have received yet another bill. Only this one is for the original amount from the 1st statement which was $500. What I paid in *** was $609.20 because they said another amount had come in since the first bill. Not sure how that happened!I am complaining because I am being harassed and am also pretty sure I paid more than I should have when I did. How long do I have to be harassed by this company before something can be done? Honestly, Im sick of the incompetence of the companys business management. It needs to be stopped. SOMEBODY has my money! They need to figure it out and leave me alone.
