    Helped out with overall loan amount. Be sure to ask questions if something is unclear. My rep was very helpful in clearing up what I was unsure of.

    I work a job that overlaps w Doan Solutions business hours. I'm unable to use my phone at work. Neither the first representation nor her boss were willing to email w me but insisted I call even though I repeatedly explained my situation to them. The manager told me it was preferred for me to call. I told her it was preferred for me to email. They also swindled me out of over $900+ for a ******** fee that they weren't going to return until I threatened legal action. Suffice it, they sent me a check. Look out for these guys. They're scammers.

    Doan loan solutions really helped me out. ****** my rep, was and is by far one of the coolest and kindest people ive ever had the chance to talk to. If i ever have another student loan, and i need help with it. I know Doan is the place to go. ??
    Im going to miss my main man ****. Hes amazing and deserves a raise! People like him make going through loan payments/process easier and more comfortable. He felt more like a friend, not a businessmen/transaction
