      I had my car towed to the Precision Tune at ************************************************ on 12/18/2023, I felt my clutch wasn't working properly. So ******************* called me to let me know what the deal was with my car. He told me I needed clutch work done plus the transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt. The total without working on the transmission would be more than $1700. With transmission it would be more. And I couldn't afford any more than that. He advised if I don't get transmission done, there would be a "shake." He told me that over the ********** is also on the invoice. That was the only thing he told me. So I paid to get it out, It drove ok but then after driving it for ***** minutes, it would shake but also it would be hard to shift. So I dealt with that until about January 23, when my car messed up again.....it was shaking but it also would not go into gear. So this time I had it towed to ********** *************** where they've been working on my car since 2014. I only had it towed to Precision Tune because they were closer. So ********* at ********** ************** had to redo my clutch & did the transmission work. Total bill there was $2730.67. He's allowing me to drive my car & make payments weekly to him. Paid him more than half before I got my car back but the rest he's allowing me to pay weekly.....thank God for ********* shop. So just letting y'all know that I am highly dissatisfied with Precision Tune because I was not warned that I could re-damage my *********** was going to be hard to shift. I would love to have some of my money back but I know that's just wishful thinking. Anyway, just wanted to give my opinion

      Dear ****************, we are sorry to hear that you are still having issues with your vehicle. We did warn you that you not only needed to have to have the clutch system replaced but also the entire transmission needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Unfortunately, you opted to only have the clutch work done. We cannot be held responsible because you could not afford to pay for the rest of the repairs that were needed on a 21 year old vehicle with over ******* miles on it. We are sorry but your request for a refund is denied.

      If I could not have chosen a star it would have been zero drove my car to the location in *********, ** to get a basic oil change and a top off and just make sure my car is working properly only to be able not to drive it out the ******** have a brand new car and low mileage car basically brand new car to be able to not drive it out. This is unacceptable and for them to tell me there is nothing they can do or going to do is very upsetting. I had to get my car towed multiple times and I have to spend so much for something I didnt do and the Manager there is just okay with damages car or messing up cars. This was a big inconvenience for me. Mind boggling how people are not inconsiderate of other people in this cruel cruel world.

      ****************, it is not our company that you should be making bad reviews on. When you brought your vehicle in for service, the battery was dead. You called *** to come out to jump start your vehicle. Unfortunately, the *** driver crossed the jumper cables causing the damage to your vehicle, not Precision Tune Auto Care. The driver even admitted as much. Everyone including those inside our building could see the sparks flying as he connected the crossed cables to your vehicle. For any reimbursements for repairs, you will need to contact *** and let them know that their driver caused the damage.

      Used my Groupon for air conditioner refill in my car at *********** location. When I picked up my car it seemed to be working fine at 1st until about a week later it stopped working. We spoke with the man that runs the place who admitted they never ran any tests to see if there was a leak or used dye they just threw in some freon and called it a day. I was told I'd have to pay another $70 for them to look for the leak. The man who runs the place insinuated that with Groupon they do as little as possible (not very professional). I was ripped off by them and will not be able to get my money back and now I'll need to go elsewhere and will be charged for a air refill again since the service through Precision tune was a scam.

      This review has been made for the wrong location. Precision Tune Auto Care of ************** does not participate in a Groupon program. The only Precision Tune Auto Care that's associate with ******* is ******* *********.

      This place is being run with thieves, they give you an estimate, and when time comes to pay, you see several different charges. I went and asked for an estimate for brakes and rotors change, got a written estimate of $347 for the labor out the door ,means tax included., next day my brakes and rotors arrived, I went there, they gave me an estimate of $436, I showed them the estimate from the day before, they said that, the person who worked yesterday did a mistake. I got upset, and the girl called the nasty looking manager, he told me: why am I making faces, this is the charge and if I don't like it I have to go somewhere else and went back to his desk inside the shop.

      AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Dishonest people who don't explain the work they intend to bill you for and then don't complete the work they charge you for. Expect them to try to charge you double the amount of what the service should cost. Don't expect a resolution from their corporate office nor their regional manager. Their response will be unsympathetic and antagonistic.

      Coupon for ****************** change but then charge $24 full synthetic up charge. If coupon is for a stated service, how are you then up charging that service??

      On 3/24 took my car into Precision Tune for an alignment a was told I needed the things listed on the receipt first and that I needed to replace my front left tire before I could receive the alignment. So I paid for the recommended services and when I had the tire replaced I had went to the Battleground location for the alignment and was told it would be impossible unless I had other work done at which was listed on the sticky note. So in concern I had went back to the previous location and was questioned as to why I went to the other location. He had admitted to misdiagnosing my vehicle based on what the other location had said and told me I needed to pay them more money to fix the issue. I had paid that amount as well and then my airbag light and the front and back light on the driver side does not work when I had returned in less then a week on April 13, 2022 I was told I needed to pay for that as well. I feel mistreated and I trusted this company but I feel as if they keep showing me unprofessionalism at my cost. Sent from my iPhone

      At this point its their word against mine, I dont know what happened to my ****** review so Ill leave one here as well.Let them tell it I brought in a car that already didnt start for an oil change, and thats why it didnt start after the oil change. *** never had issues with my car starting prior to this day.!The tech supposedly told me it wouldnt start and to them I didnt seem to care because I wouldnt let them run a diagnostic on a car I didnt want them touching again.Took it to another mechanic who let me know what may have happened. Still sitting at a shop 17 days later.Only writing this review because my ****** one disappeared.

      We agree with what you have written here. It had problems starting before we worked on the vehicle, asked the customer a question concerning it, and possibly she did not understand when asked if she had problems with starting the car. Advised her again after the oil change that the same problem still exists. What is not mentioned here is what the shop that looked at it after us found and are they stating that we caused the problem?

      i went to replace my clutch on the ************ facility. When i pick up the car was assembly back wrong. With missing parts and a loose subframe . My steering columm was disemnbly during the instalatiion wrong this casuing faults and damage from the improper instalation my intake air box and hoses for the turbo also improperly installed. Due to this damage my threads on the body of the car too. and its impossible to speak with costumer service
