Asheville Fence is not BBB accredited? I should have known. I spent $15,000 on fencing and an electric gate. In less than a year wind broke off the arm. I would have to pay for a new $700 arm, but hey, they're not going to charge me for labor. The bottom line, they did nothing wrong. The design was fine and the arm operator as well. In the meantime, I now park in a field so that I don't have to go through the headache of opening and closing the gate with a rope all the while the gate keeps closing, wind or no wind. A garbage can and a bag of rocks so that I can get in and out. I am also a Senior living alone. I would need a lot more words to list the destruction left in the wake of the crew. What was noticeable was the feeling that the next job was more important.What this company fails to recognize, or admit is the design is flawed. Even if by some miracle, they offered to replace the arm, no charge to me, it would just happen again. Unless, it is hurricane, wind should not have broken the arm. The gate is simply too wide with the weight distribution off-balanced by the arm side of the gate. I was forced to give this one star.
