      DUMBEST AUTOMATED CALL MACHINE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I WANT MY MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS AGAIN!!!

      My ***** opened a new account on 1/24/2024 and did not make note of his account number. In order to use our automated phone system, after hours you are required to have your account number to log in. We made contact with him and told him he would have to go back to the branch in order to get his account number if he did not have this info any longer.

      Answer the phone, TELCO! Saying you appreciate my call is disingenuous, if you dont answer phone calls.

      We are sorry your phone call was not answered in a timely manner.  You should have received a return call from a call center agent. Our call center is experiencing heavy volume and vacation decreases our agents. Please except out apology.

      I paid off my car based on the amount given to me by customer service. She said I could expect my title within two weeks. Two weeks later I got a statement that says I owe $0.01. The math is wrong on the Statement.This is not a well run business. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone, and their online systems are clunky, outdated. They are definitely understaffed. And their business practices are questionable.I won't be doing business with them again.

      If the information that was given was incorrect, we apologize. The balance of the loan was paid not the actual payoff on the loan. We would have waived the outstanding amount of **** had we been notified. We apologize for any inconvenience and the delay in the title being sent out.

      Telco Credit Union: i would give this bank at least minus 5 stars. I waited for 45 minutes for ****************** to even answer the phone. I asked for a supervisor only to be put on hold for a longer period of time and no supervisor. I had to ask repeatedly for a supervisor and finally transferred to Supervisor ******** There is still not a resolution! All I needed on their mobile app (that very rarely works) was an activation code so that I could make my payment. I was on that call for 1 hour and 28 minutes and the only resolution is that I would have to wait at least one business day so they can fill out a form to have that resolved. I think I should have gotten that answer in less than 5 minutes, not 45 minutes. It is time to find a bank that actually cares about their customers.

      Telcos call center contacted the member to assist her. They were able to help her and she was satisfied with the results. The supervisors that she mentions in this complaint are not Telco employees, they are employed by a third-party bill pay vendor that Telco uses.

      It is so frustrating to want to speak with someone over the phone at your local bank and when you call no one ever picks up the phone. And then when you are prompted to press 1 for a callback, you never get a callback. Then your local branch manager says to call him back if you have problems and the phone rings and no one ever answers. Telco has the worst customer service in this area. Outside of Telco moving from **** to mastercard and having to replace everyone's debit card and all of the problems associated with that. Just another reason for leaving Telco.
