            I stay in the apartment and these apartments collect or money. Since that said they should take care of residents. In neveda there is a law that states that owner of apartments need to have a hub box. These apartments keep refusing it even after property management changed because the ******** group weren't taking care of there other apartments. Even after changing management the new manager *** refuses to have these installed. The reason why i know is because I spoke to the manager of the local post office making a complaint because my packages don't arrive or they get damaged in or mail box. We have no hub boxes not even key box for boxes. This is complete rip off for us residents that we pay alot of money and we can't get proper mail. Even the neveda general commissioner even tried to reach out to them and they still ignore the situation. Something needs to happen or I will be seeking for allegel advice and I would be getting even in these apartments to sign a petition if it gets that far.
