    I've been waiting on a refund since December 2022 and have gotten anything but the run around. Still have not received a full refund after he has told me numerous times it is coming. He has stopped answering my calls and texts. I would not recommend using this business.

    No further communication has been made by the customer and refund was issued before BBB statement was made.

    On May 5 I called Baldwin carburetors spoke with him on the phone said I was considering getting a carburetor from him I told him I was waiting for my transmission to come back it would be back in a few weeks he said no problem I could have you the carburetor in four weeks so he charged my card for $1604 I told him my transmission will be here In a few days I sent him another email eight weeks later he got back to me on July 30 said his plans were to have me finished up this week I said great This was now the 13th week. I didn’t hear anything from him so September 28th I sent him another email Informing him that he is not responding back this is week 21 And I would like a refund ,once again there was no response he quit answering my emails tried calling no answer, October 10 I informed him we are almost at the half a year mark on something that was supposed to take four weeks and that I want my money back or I want the carburetor by October 21 he never responded and he is still not responding . When I purchase this carburetor he made a comment after he already took the money out of my account stating something about comments on the Better Business Bureau after I hung up the phone I looked and I thought to myself this might not be good and it’s not I have bought a lot of carburetors over the years from some of the top builders in the United States never had an issue like this before I informed him I was going to post on here and also post on what’s called the ****** ****** which is a drag racing website that he made it sound like he frequence and so does a lot of other people in the racing community. He is constantly showing newly built carburetors that he is sending out and finishing up but none of them have been mine or from the sounds of it some of the other people on here experienced the exact same thing, buyer beware,

    I Nothing is getting resolved with him he is still making excuses he sent me a email with just more excuses we are at a half a year now I would appreciate if you post it my original complaint so other people don’t fall for this
