            i purchased a 2016 kia **** from south east autoplex september 26,2023 on december the 27 of 2023 my engine went out in my vehicle i havent had the vehicle 6 months so it should well be covered under warranty , i called the dealership they advise me they wouldnt approve my tow because thats not there responsible, they also told me i was responsible for replacing the engine in my vehicle but also i signed a warranty and ***** texted me and said my warranty expired these people are a joke and i dont recommend anyone to go here

            I don’t recommend at all. Horrible Customer Service and the vehicles are terrible. ***** that works in the office and takes the payments has poor customer service.
