      Sold my handicap son a car and an extended warranty that we cannot use per warranty company because car has too many miles and we took the car to have it served 2 times for the same issue and they should have found the problem the 1st time but didn't! Now no one will call me back because nobody wants to take responsibility for what they have done and my handicap son can no longer attend classes because he doesn't have a car so he can get his degree and be successful. But instead Nissan of Meridian and the bogus warranty we were sold is taking his disability check for a car that was just being used to drive back and forth to classes. Now his whole world is turned upside down and I have to have my car for my job. So don't buy a car or an extended warranty because they will not honor it but they will take your money! We were told what it would cover and it doesn't and also service department didn't want to take the time to find the problem the 1st time but instead waited for the next time and it took almost 3 days for them to figure it out but then the warranty they sold us is useless! You should be ashamed taking advantage of a vulnerable handicap adult and scamming him out of his disability check! You should be ashamed. We call every day but nobody can call back or speak with us about the situation I had to find out from the warranty company!

      Horrible Experience! I took my truck in to have it serviced in May of 2023. It was determined the rear differential needed to be replaced. Quoted $6,799.42 to repair, $5,889 was for the differential alone. They were unable to find a part and really felt like they weren't going to put in the energy to find it! It took me 6 months to find the 3rd part! They received the part 11.3.23 and after numerous calls finally decided to work on it 1.24! When I went in to pay they told me the price would be $2,500 because they had to put the part in twice and that if I wanted a refund to call the company who sent me the part that didn't work and they would refund me....BS! They also tole me "they assumed the former manager told me the updated price-nice job blaming it on the guy who doesn't work there anymore! They made it seem like they were going to get in trouble by reducing the cost to $1,954! The customer service was deplorable, the phone was hardly answered, they never followed up like they promised and they don't care! Then my truck wouldn't start when I went to get it, seems like the least you could do is go get the truck for the customer and make sure everything is alright but that would be good customer service...
      Congratulations, you got yourself a negative Google review, negative BBB review and a person who will never buy a car from you! Next stop, putting them on blast with Nissan Corp and finding the owner to make a complaint!
