1 starVery shady & unethical business practices. They will offer kickback or “under the table” payments. It’s was a divorce situation in my case and when I wouldn’t take their questionable offer they turned around and dealt with soon to be-ex. It all ended with **** *******, after taking possession of the house & promising I could get my belongings, allowed me to retrieve very few of my personal belongings. My family photos, meaningful things from 20 years of raising my kids in a house, are all going into a dumpster because they are vultures and would spare me 2 days to retrieve my things. Their business should be investigated and shut down.

On March 18th, a judge had ******** sign the deed on this property. At the judge's request, we all agreed she would have 30 days to get any of her belongings. On April 18, ******** requested another week, which was granted. We did not hear back from her until the evening of Friday April 25th, at which time she informed us that she needed ANOTHER week. We let her know that we couldn't allow any more time, as our contractors were scheduled to start work on the upcoming Monday. We offered to meet her at the property the next morning (Saturday) so she could gather up more of her belongings. We tried to let her know that we were there to allow her to gather her things, and we were not there to argue with her. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes we had to ask her to leave the property when she started making personal attacks.J. G.

The personal attack was that I was crying while trying to load a small vehicle with my belongings. It was a divorce situation, I had nowhere to take my stuff yet and this man worked with my narcissistic ex for me to lose the home so he wouldnt have to pay for it. Mr. ******* sat and watched me struggle and when I cried and begged him to let me come back that DAY to get more things already boxed he refused although he lives across the street. I wanted to just sit boxes outside to retrieve as only so much would fit in the small car I was using. He became angry when I pointed out that he had broken into the house (I have photographic evidence from divorce proceedings xhibits now) without my permission and I didnt say anything to try to stay on good terms and be able to retriev my things.. I didnt want the house - I wanted the belongings of my deceased mothers and a few more smaller things important to me that he was just going to trash or probably sell on marketplace. **** ******* is afraid of women crying apparently. Hes scum of the earth and runs a shady business that apparently is already being looked at 2 of the organizations *** reported him to. Mine may be the first complaint here, but certainly not with ________. (Youll find out, ****)J. G.

Mr. ******* runs a kickback scheme where he offers one person money for the title on an old car or something (that was the offer in my case) to keep the other person (he preys on divorce situations) from knowing about the under-the-table money. I declined because I dont deal with shady people as a rule. After pointing out that is possibly a crime, plus the breaking and entering, Mr. ******* became angry because he knows it is a crime and not the first time hes used the same tactics with others. Greed and dishonesty wont pay in the long run, ****. I would be making sure my books were in order if I were you. Good riddance to you, ****J. G.

By personal attack he means pointing out to him that he broke into my house without permission and possibly violated the law by offering a kickback when he first became interested in circling vulture-style around my house. This company needs to be investigated.Review fromDonald P

5 starsAn awesome company! My wife and I were weighing our options on whether to sell and relocate so, we contacted MS Home Buyers LLC. **** was very open and honest with us. He could have just low ball us with a number but instead he suggested for us to go another route to get the most value out of our home. 5 starsPerseverance, integrity and guidance. Law firm failed for two years to properly process the foreclosure under the *** Code to remove former owners *** federal tax lien. Each attempt left the lien attached to the property. MS Home Buyers LLC stayed involved during the two years. Their understanding of the process far exceeded the regular potential buyer. Their guidance was instrumental in being able to sell the property with the *** tax lien no longer attached. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and positive. Their involvement was critical to removing the lien from the property. I highly recommend doing business with them. I will use them again if the need arises.Review fromApril J

5 starsMS Home Buyers is a legitimate business that is local. They were respectful, listened to our concerns and had great attention to detail involving our transaction. They responded quickly to any questions and worked with local attorneys and closing firms.
