    The dealership and the sales agent, ******* ******, never let me test drive my vehicle upon purchasing. The dealership also "lost/misplaced" the second key to the vehicle I purchased. The dealership wrote me a letter that stated they owed me my second car key when I signed all of the paperwork. The finance department saw that ******* had added this document to my file. I told them I would be retrieving the second key upon my first oil change. I just called to set up this appointment today, November 21, and they denied the second key being owed to me. This is in email documentation. I have the proof of the letter stating what they promised and what I am owed from the purchase of my car in my documents from purchase. I am extremely organized in all factors of my life and this dealership is scamming people that have their documents in order. How does a dealership lose my spare key upon purchase - mind you the business took over 1.5 hours looking for the key; I have never heard of a dealership losing a key from a fingerprint lock box. Highly unprofessional and also puts my safety at risk because someone in the world has a second key to my vehicle that I pay for and trust my family in. This is not a trustworthy business. And, to be honest, I do not even trust them to do the oil change correctly at this point due to their unprofessionalism and lying to me. Please someone get back to me. I need my second key for my vehicle.

    I bought a dodge Ram 1500 from them.In February my Uconnect advise me to take to the dealership to get look at . After going back to for the same issue they told me that Uconnect and Ram was already aware of the problem. They also the part to fixed the problem will be expected and my truck will be fix. It has been almost a year and the part is on back order and still no set for my truck to get fixed. I talked to dealership, Uconnect and ram and they keep blowing me off about fixing my truck. I can't get rid off because the trade in value is nothing until they fixed it.
