      I bought a dodge Ram 1500 from them.In February my Uconnect advise me to take to the dealership to get look at . After going back to for the same issue they told me that Uconnect and Ram was already aware of the problem. They also the part to fixed the problem will be expected and my truck will be fix. It has been almost a year and the part is on back order and still no set for my truck to get fixed. I talked to dealership, Uconnect and ram and they keep blowing me off about fixing my truck. I can't get rid off because the trade in value is nothing until they fixed it.

      I recently purchased what I thought was a certified pre owned jeep grand cherokee limited 4 wheel drive with wifi hotspot and all of the additions as I moved up to a cattle ranch in Wyoming in the Rocky Mountains. I purchased the vehicle which stated CERTIFIED preowned with 32,000 miles on it. One would think the dealership would have performed a 30,000 mile checkup on it as Jeep dealerships not only require a checkup at 30,000 miles, but recommend it every 20,000 miles! Lo and behold, I get up here and have to take my Jeep to *** ************ because my 4wd and automatic stability control lights were on and I have owned this car for merely a month and a half.. ********* ****** proceeds to tell me that there was no checkup done at 30,000 miles by any owner OR the dealership, my key faub was after-market and no real key was given to me with the vehicle, I had to change all of the fluids and basically pay to have the car checked up. $3500 later, I walk out of ********* ******. Champion wants NOTHING to do with my situation and refuses to acknowledge that they sold me a vehicle without even turning the **** thing on practically when they received it as a lease trade in. They do not pocess ability to properly certify a preowned vehicle through Chrysler and do NOTHING with used cars when they receive them so DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH USED CARS and i wouldn't shop here for a brand new one either!! HORRIBLE!! and they came highly recommended by a friend that will NO LONGER use them or recommend them to anyone else either!

      Suppose you are a military member purchasing or bringing your vehicle to this dealership. Military duty and employees who serve their country are not respected. Due to management's lack of leadership to trust those who work for this company, not every salesperson has an opportunity to succeed. As the owner of a RAM, I would never service or buy a vehicle here. You will get the best customer service if you have pale skin. The treatment of blacks and browns is different. I would think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

      The worse service!! My truck went in for a sound in the transmission and the first time took them like 1 month to "fix the problem" after 2 days of getting my truck back the problem came back and even worse. They did not check the transmission fluid the first time and it was low because second time the warranty company sent an inspector the report said low on transmission fluid. I asked the service department about it and they response was " I was not here the first time" so where do I get some answers ?. Bad service in general, bad costumer service

      Update from my previous review, after dealing my the problems with my truck and the past service manager, Mr. **** the new service manager contacted me and ask me about the problem that I had with the service before, I explained the situation amd he was very nice and he told me bring the truck back and he did his best to help me fixing my truck and dealing with my warranty. After few weeks later I got my truck back, and it is way better that it was. I am happy with my truck and the experience was nice because they did their best to help me through this process. Thank you Mr. **** and Ms. ***** for providing a great experience.

      Bad customer service. I recently gotten an oil change on 10/15/2021 and three weeks later my car started to jerk and the engine light came on and the oil pressure kept saying it was low. I called for an appointment which it was supposed to be 11/23/2021. I dropped my car off on 11/15/2021 which they had it for a week without telling me anything regarding my car. Every time i called i was always told that my service person would get back with me. Which he never did until i asked to speak with a manager. On 11/23/2021 i called to see what was being doing and nothing still so i went up there to check that’s when they told me that my car needed $700 worth of work . I told them i wasn’t paying that and to drop my car. They charged me $150 to just look at my car. I honestly believe they didn’t change my oil back in October.

      Horrible service, While having my Truck serviced which took too long, My Cadillac Converter was cut off my vehicle and Dealership refuse to give me a Loaner vehicle doing these repairs. From my understanding it was four Ram trucks, with mine being one of them.
