    A friend "helped" to hitch up one day and in the process the cable going from RV to truck was crushed. My husband had to cut off 12 inches. When he went to replace it, the cable was too short. So he bought the 2 foot extension. Plugged in without a proble.m Just used it to bring the RV home.

    I ordered, received and installed a trailer brake controller for my motor home. Even though the choices were daunting, the e-trailer employees guided me on the phone, chat and e-mail through all of the choices. At the final ordering, ***** S was extremely helpful in forwarding needed installation guides and answering questions on how to properly locate and check the wires in my motorhome to complete the installation. She was then able to ship my order promptly so it could be installed quickly before a trip. Install went perfectly and I will continue order and rely on e-trailers great service via their quality employees!

    etrailer.com provides very good and descriptive information along with videos about all items they sell. They also provide exellent customer support online and on the phone. I ordered tires and rims for a work trailer, the items were delivered on time and in good qualiity. They provide very good tracking and updates. I would recomend etrailer.com for your next purchase.

    I looked up the brake control I needed for a 2015 Fleetwood Flair 26D. I found a specific harness that was custom for this class A. I ordered and received it in 4 business days. I installed it 2 days later, and everything worked as advertised. I also had ordered a Tekonsha on line 4 years ago (not from Etrailer) that was compatible with above Motor Home including custom harness that did not work when I installed it. I should have went straight to E Trailer was ** ****** learned. I have always had success with parts from E Trailer

    I have done two large purchases with this company. One was a trailer hitch receiver which arrived on time, but was just loosely thrown into a cardboard box with no packing and had punched through in two areas scuffing the Matte black powder coated paint.I ordered a second large order with a cargo carrier and 2 small accessories. The accessorieswere delivered in a small box that I never recieved a tracking number for in two days, awesome. The cargo carrier took 9 days to be delivered after an investigation was opened with *** after the package had been determined lost. Several mis scans later and the package randomly arrived at my door in again, horribly done packaging. There are numerous scratches on the cargo carrier I will have to touch up and a bolt was missing from the hardware pack. I would avoid using this l company due to their severe lack of care in the packaging department and their use of *** which has just been God awful lately.The only redeeming ***** I can mention is they seem to have a pretty nice customer service department, but that only go's so far when shipping is so bad. Stick to ****** whenever possible.
