    I want to cancel my loan application that was submitted on October 5, 2023, By S* **** **** ** **** * *** ********** ********** ** *****. This process seems to be taking a lot longer time than expected. I even put $3,000.00 cash down. I have filled out every document, including a scanned title emailed to me last week. Still no vehicle. This has been an unpleasant experience for me. Since I never had possession of the vehicle, I no longer am interested in the loan application. I am seeking legal counsel. Who instructed me to file complaints. I even contacted the lien holder and was told it was out of their hands. The Lien holder is Midwest Acceptance Corporation.

    Worst experience ever! Dont do it my experience with them has been a nightmare I financed my car with them back in 2017 thinking it would be a great start to build my credit long story short I was making payments on time as soon as I fell behind they harassed me and repossessed my car without even giving me any notice woke up and my car was gone after that I begged them to make my payment before they sold my car and they were just very rude unprofessional and charged me an unreasonable amount almost what the car cost to get it back and when I asked if I could get my belongings out of the car they charged me a 50$ fee that I never paid so I never got my belongings they tried to garnish my pay which made me file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and has been on my credit report ever since because I dont know what to do.
