My puppy was sick, so we took her to Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Southwest Missouri Inc. I called them prior to going out there. The voicemail stated that it would be $98.00 and this stated on the outgoing voicemail. Once I got there they informed me that there would be a charge of $275.00 and the lady insisted that before they do anything I had to pay the balance of $275.00. My dog was unresponsive. On the out going voicemail it did not state that. The lady stated that I could get bank credit or surrender my dog. I was denied back credit and I was not going to surrender my dog. The lady left and slammed the door on her way out. The lady told me three times that I needed to get pet credit. The bank turned me down, and then she stated that they were giving me my dog back and that I needed to get to the vet and that my dog could die. They bought my dog back to me in a towel and wished me the best of luck. I paid one hundred dollars and they gave me a bill for $120.00. I would like for that bill of $120.00 to be erased because they did not do anything for my dog.
