Visited this business on a Saturday afternoon, My dog was not able to pass stool. Waited for almost 2 hours and then was informed that it would be at least 2 more hours before I would see someone who could assist me. How can this business be considered an emergency clinic if they have no one present to deal with emergencies? When queried about this lack of response, the admissions girl said "thats the way it is, this is an emergeency facility ????????

The Veterinarian deserves NO Stars, she dismissed my poor baby dog and the next night he died. He was sick and throwing up for several hours, finally he was so restless and whimpering I drove him to Emergency ER. I thought he possibly had GDV, which is an emergency situation. The actual Veterinarian kept calling him a girl and he was boy, she didnt seem to care. She gave me 2 options get **rays or just continue to watch him and give him medication. I went ahead with the **ray and medication. I wanted to wait on the labs to see what the **ray showed. She came in and said the **ray showed nothing just has build up of lots of gas in stomach. Which I took as everything is going to be okay. He was giving fluids, pain medication and anti-nausea meds. She tech stated he would be lethargic and sedated for a while. The next day he didnt move. He opened his eyes and he seemed like he was drugged out. He continued to be this way throughout the day but I felt like his heart was racing. I continued to monitor him and he eventually got up once a went to the bathroom and then layered there not moving with his eyes open. He looked so scared. I decided I was going to take him to his original vet the next morning but he didnt make it. I woke up to him stiffening up and when he finally passed he threw up a large amount of blood. I trusted them, i figured they knew what they are doing. Thats their job!!!!! Now my baby is gone. My heart is broken.

Good morning. On Sept. 25, ********************************************************** walk. This came on suddenly. I was in need of a vet immediately. Due to ************** at Seneca Vet Clinic passing away 3 days earlier, I was unable to get into any vet locally. I made the choice of driving all the way to Springfield to your emergency clinic. I live in *****, Ok. That is a long drive. Once checked in, I had to wait in my car for a good two hrs before being called in. Once in a room, after a few minutes, someone came in and checked Girlie's heart with a stethoscope only. No EKG was done. That person said there was no sign of a heart murmur. At some point they took her back to run some blood tests on her. All this time she is having a hard time walking around, with signs of partial paralysis on left side. She couldn't use her left feet properly, was breathing hard and coughing. Your team determined that the only thing wrong with her was that she was dehydrated, a few lbs. overweight and her coughing was due to a collapsing trachea. They decided at the last minute to give her fluids into her neck area to help with the dehydration. After a total of 5 hrs at your clinic, I was able to take her home. On Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, I took Girlie to my vet as they were opening back up. The vet assistant there immediately hooked Girlie up to an EKG. Her heart rate was over the top, she had fluid around her heart. Nothing had changed in the two days since visiting your team. I was instructed to return on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021 as there was a substitute doctor at my normal vet clinic. One of our local vets was stepping in to assure ********** clinic would be open. The first thing she noticed was her right eye bulge. She could take Girlie's left paws (front and back), turn them under and Girlie would just leave them there, in that position. Girlie had a brain tumor, fluid around heart and in lungs. She was administered Lasix and Prednisone for one week. On Tuesday Oct. 5, 2021 we returned to our vet as instructed. Girlie was no better and was drowning internally. My husband and I at that time, made the heart wrenching decision to put Girlie to sleep. We did not want her suffering any longer. Her actual condition at the time I came to your team was far from some simple dehydration and overweight issue. I am highly upset at the lack of knowledge or caring from your team. Even when I called twice, after letting her go, in order to speak to someone there at your clinic, there were absolutely no words of compassion uttered. I was told to call back the next day. I did, no one answered. Once again I called that night. Again not one word of compassion uttered as to the loss of our Girlie. I will never, no matter what, ever bring one of my fur babies to your clinic again. I am asking for a full refund to my card, in the amount of $454.60. This was the cost of my visit to your clinic. It does not cover the loss of Girlie. It never will.
