    After buying leads from Secure Agent Marketing (let's just call them "***" for the rest of this) I was sold on their retainer service. For the unfamiliar they charge you 25k spread out over a year for a host of services geared (at least in my case) toward getting leads. After negotiating with them I paid 20k up front, being assured that every thing I wanted and needed would be taken care of. one of the services we discussed was creating a website. Anywhere else on the internet (Fiverr, upward etc) you can have a vast website created in **** business days for around 300-1000 dollars. After SEVERAL excuses.. promises.. emails and zoom calls the web site was FINALLY finished AFTER FOUR MONTHS!! in the mean time they'd generated NO LEADS even though THIS was the cornerstone of what I'd paid for! After being misguided over and over again I finally had enough! I reached out to another company and what took them 4+ months I got done in 48 hours!! So naturally I asked for my money back! Following this they inflated the costs according to them my Nice looking but basic website that took 4 entire months to complete was worth $3600 they ALSO charged me a ****************** fee" of 500 per month totalling $2000 (crazy because what did they manage while there was NO SITE DURING THAT TIME) they alleged that social media management was an additional $4000 and threw in a $**** cancellation fee saying "if you want your money back we only owe you **** ?? Mind you during this time with NO LEADS their sales department continued to contact me via phone call AND TEXT MESSAGE to SELL ME leads over and above the service I'd paid for!! After speaking to them one final time on a call where they apologized and literally DARED me to *** them bc "we will win" I decided to take them to court, the lawyers they hired have been doing everything to drag things out... it is now approaching 2 years and I haven't gotten my money OR any leads! these people are JOKES!
