    I am rejecting this response because:


    The retirement funnel they presented before the agreement signed was not the same as the service provided. I specifically asked if their campaign said `pension review appointments` and they said there would be questions about it but this was not what I was getting. I would get appointments from people that merely interested in retirement planning. Later on, I found out that the campaigns said pension review and those appointments were being sold to financial advisors like myself as retirement appointments. After I found out about their FRAUD, they rejected refund and offered me several more expensive services that I would have to spend more per appointment. 

    As I saw in their google reviews, other victims also claimed the same problem. This company would later on blame advisors like me for not being successful with their system while they do not provide the right service right. They would claim they have a lot of successful agents etc to keep us from our well deserved refund. I was specifically told that their CEO **** ****** said `if we refund everyone who requested, we would not be in the business`. Well, there is a reason for that obviously. 

    My base for the claim was FRAUD. No policy is strong enough to not refund someone if the service agreed was not provided.

    On August 9th of 2023, an agreement was signed between **** ***** and Secure Agent Marketing/**** ******, LLC to provide Retirement Appointments. The agreement explains how the funnel works, what the client should do if there is a no-show appointment, our replacement policy, and our policy on upfront and management fees being non-refundable. The client reached out to our project manager and sales rep to let us know that they were not happy with their funnel and requested a refund. We let the client know that we have a zero refund policy and that we could offer them a company credit for other leads to replace the leads she was unhappy with. We also offered training for the leads and for the client to attend a weekly meeting with other clients of ours that are successful with this funnel. A screenshot will be provided below of the options we provided the client in lieu of a refund, and the training options provided. Also provided is a copy of the signed contract.

    On 8/12/22 I contracted with Secure Agent Marketing to provide 20 preset final expense life insurance appointments. These appointments were set up to be delivered by phone. I paid them $1400 upfront and was supposed to receive 20 appointments at $70 each. I only received 12 appointments. Of the 12 appointments, 9 were NO SHOWS, meaning they didnt answer the phone at the time of the appointment and I was never able to contact them at all. The other 3 people who I did speak with had never heard of me and were not expecting my call. They said they had never spoken to anyone about life insurance and had not agreed to an appointment.I never received the appointments I paid for and did not get a refund. My $1400 was completely wasted. I tried to get the funds from my bank but was unable to to so. My only option is to file a civil suit, but I doubt it will be worth the time and expense. I urge ANYONE to not do business with this company. They are the worst scam artists in the insurance lead industry. Hopefully I can save at least one unsuspecting agent from being taken advantage of.
