    Evicts people for the stupidest c*** I got a notice on my door for sanitation because I had six little pieces of cat food on my floor next to my cat food bowl. My trash can wasnt even half full. Said I was causing the building to have roaches. The building is 90 years old. Theyve evicted 6 other people since Ive lived here since June 2024, and its a unit for 12 people. I cant imagine how they treat their other properties. Theyre evicting me for a smell coming from my apartment but havent even come in my apartment to inspect, they just gave me a notice to vacate. How is that legal? That wouldnt stand up in court. They have shady practices, their manager is absolutely neurotic, I dont see how she has a job, ANYWHERE. I will never ever rent from them again, Id rather rent from ****** *** than deal with their unfair practices. They evict people just to try to tarnish their records and reputations and try to get more money out of them. Never EVER rent from them!!!!

    Thank you for your review of our company. All of our paperwork is in line and verifiable. We would not be asking you to vacate if there was not viable reason to do so. You are more than welcome to choose not to vacate within the allowed timeframe and it will go to court and we can see what happens at that point if you believe this would not hold up in court. That is your right. At that point an eviction will be filed on your record and filed with the court system. Please keep in mind and remember that this is not the first notice you have received for the condition of your apartment. For the record we are not "evicting" you we are simply asking you to vacate. The eviction process has not been started. As far as the other residents, I would suggest you check your facts with that as well before writing a false review of our company and how we treat residents. We are not able to evict people to try and tarnish their records. We have been in business for well over 25+ years and we wouldn't still be in business if we are doing illegal & unfair practices. You both agreed to the lease agreement when you moved into a non-pet friendly building. The condition of your apartment is something you agreed to in the lease to keep clean and sanitary and you both have not fulfilled that portion of your lease agreement. You are not being asked to vacate because of "six little pieces of cat food on the floor" I am more than happy to discuss more in email form to our office. *********************************** Thank You.
