            Brief description of complaint: My 2011 Honda Accord went to McCarthy Chevrolet Marshal Mo. in April 2021 and then was determined that they could not properly repair my car so it was transferred to McCarthy Toyota in Sedalia Mo.. ****** called me and said my car was ready yesterday and when my wife and I drove approximately 2hours to pickup my car after an engine replacement for 3months my car would not start and the car was dirty and *****(Service Advisor) said he couldnt wash the car because they didnt have a car wash. Now they are telling me that my brand new battery needs to be replaced by me, after not starting my car for three months they possibly drained my battery . Is it possible that the battery after being with McCarthy that the battery was never started during the three months and this drained it ? ***(General Manager) was on the phone with me today and cut me off while I was talking and I mentioned to him that I wasnt done talking *** said we’re done. Need new batter.

            I wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a brand new 2022 Camry last year, and within the last 2 months they’ve replaced the head, the fuel pump, fuel injectors, short block, gas tank and gas cap. As the same codes pulled up numerous times. Rather than making it right or swapping out this lemon they sold me, Toyota and the service people thought to fix the repeated gas cap issue they would shove a cloth in there yet it didn’t work. The sales rep was great but their service is absolutely sickening. I didn’t spend that kind of money on a car for it to have more issues than a 15 year old car.
