    I was referred to Metro Radon Control of St. Louis by a good family friend. I got an immediate reply when I contacted **** ********, and the quote that he gave me was considerably less than other estimates I gathered. Because I got an excellent report from our friend, I had every confidence that his work and materials would meet my expectations.I should add that I am a retired property manager, and have fairly high expectations. Here is what impressed me about **** ******** and Metro Radon Control.1) Extremely reasonable price 2) Excellent communication 3) Arrived on time 3) Installation only took a few hours 4) Job site left super clean both inside and out 5) Follow-up Care Regarding the Follow-up Care, I had a couple of problems that were not the fault of the installation or materials. I had purchased a Radon detector, and didn't realize it was giving faulty readings following the installation. I contacted **** and he returned and installed a large fan. The installation was against a wall in my bedroom, and the larger fan was keeping me up at night. I bought a 2nd radon detector and this one showed low readings. The first radon detector was defective. I contacted **** again, and he came back and replaced the larger fan with an original sized one. He did not charge me extra for either of the 2 trips, and he was pleasant and cheerful about the entire situation. I highly recommend **** ******** of :Metro Radon Control of St. Louis as an exceptional contractor in all regards. He really cares about his clients and his work reflects it.

    **** from Metro Radon Control explained the whole mitigation process. He arrived as scheduled, completed the work and cleaned up everything. No mess. They include a 5 yr transferrable warranty. We picked this company due to time in the field and CPU/training hours to continue learning in their field. The experience was great. Highly recommend **** and Metro Radon Control. Also the price was reasonable.
