last year around September, I paid $800 to metro radon stl to do the mitigation system. According to what they said, after the mitigation, the radon should below 1, but weather changing maybe affect it.

9/11/25 I suddenly found the radon is over 4.0. I left msg to their website and email the installer, but they did not care. A person said he would come and said he came, but he never talked to me never replied to me, never followed up with me, I even did not know if he came or not.

    10/26/25 the Radon is 7.6.

That is definitely somthing wrong even it rains.

Please see attached pics showing the radon never lower than 1.

Attached are documents providing the full email exchange of events and our 5 year warranty.  At no time did anyone from Metro Radon provide documentation or verbalize a guarantee of levels being below 1.0 Pci/L.  It is standard industry practice and EPA standard to keep overall levels below 4.0 pCi/L.

We have had multiple conversations, email included, that when we have weather events, temporary spikes can happen as you can see on the OCT 25/26 graph provided by the homeowner.  But you will also see that the entire month prior picture of 9/26-10/26 the levels were indeed below 4.0 pCi/L.

I originally tried to explain this and the homeowner was still uncomfortable.  So out of good faith I personally went back to their home and installed a larger fan (as stated in email)at no cost even though levels were below 4.0 pCi/L and my warranty was being honored.

It is not factual to state “no one cares or came out”

We install RadonAway RP 145 fans as our standard.  I returned to replace with a larger RadonAway RP 265 fan.  That is the fan that is there now at the home.

All EPA standards and recommendations call for overall readings below 4.0, not 1.0.  All research will also directly state that temporary spikes can occur with uncalm weather conditions.  Just by looking at the graphs provided by the homeowner you can clearly see that is the case as our area had storms the entire time of the 10/25-10/26 snap shot.
