    HORRIFIC I'M WRITING IN CAPS BECAUSE ANGER IS NOT THE WORD & THIS ACCESS2CARE DESERVES NO STARS BUT A MIDDLE-FINGER! I WORK AT A NURSING HOME FACILITY & TAKE PRIDE IN MY PATIENTS TREATING THEM AS MY OWN *********** KEEP GETTING DISAPPOINTED OVER & OVER AGAIN. NO CALLS, NO SHOWS AND THEY KEEP SENDING THE WRONG **** VEHICLE. IF I SAY WHEELCHAIR SERVICE THEN WHY DO YOU KEEP SENDING A CAR. DUMMIES NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING & WHEN YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY ALWAYS HANG UP ON YOU. I DEAL WITH TRANSPORTATION FOR MY *************** WONT LET ME MAKE A SUGGESTION OF THE COMPANY I CHOOSE. THEY CHOOSE THEIR OWN AND THEIR HORRIBLE. "WOW TRANSPORT" "ACS TRANSPORT" ARE HORRIBLE.     As an Anthem member I have transportation to my medical appointments and also certain fitness locations. I had a trip to a fitness center location; which was approved days earlier; and as I was waiting for my ride the Access 2 Care app notified me that my trip was cancelled. This was the second time in the same week that my ride was cancelled. The previous one was for a medical appointment.When I called Access2Care, when I gave my phone number the rep told me that the number was not the one in the system. I was told that I do not have rides to fitness centers. They called member services at ****** and the rep ********* that I do have rides to fitness centers. I was on the phone for more than 40 minutes trying to convince the Access2Care rep that I was covered for those rides. I asked for a supervisor and she did not put one on the phone. She stated her supervisor was checking out what my plan covered. Such incompetence is beyond me. How are these people trained? I have no confidence in Access2Care. I have a medical appointment in a few days and Im nervous my ride will get cancelled.

    I booked access2care for a 12:45 appointment. They said be ready an hour before 11:45. The driver arrived at 11:20 and took off.

    They deserve a minus 5 stars. ***** ups inc. Mm ore attitude than the queen of England. I believe they collect a free paycheck to harass clients because they sure as **** can't get it right only having to press buttons! God forbid they continue having the same employees speak to clients because all they do is make disrespectful comments, always ending with a hold on and never return. Truly wasting taxpayer money and Access2Care eats the drivers tips because they piss off the client so much messing up the rides and then running their cornholes not willing to correct mistake #1. Worthless!
