    I am a member of **************** and as a benefit I have acess2care as medical transportation I had a broken ankle and need wheelchair assistance. On several occasions, three days before I needed a ride I called to make an appt for this service, several times I missed visits because there was none provided, several calls were made on that day, no assist

    This company deals with rides to medical appointments and deals with mileage reimbursement payments. I had an appointment at the *********** in August 2024. I filed everything I needed to file for mileage reimbursement in plenty of time. I never received the mileage reimbursement check. I have gotten a hold of them multiple over the last seven months to ask them what happened to the check? I have received two responses over the dozens upon dozens of times I have contacted them both times I had been promised the check would be mailed out within a week. I havent yet to receive the check over the last seven months. Nobody ever calls me back! multiple emails have been sent to their claims department. Nobody ever calls. Nothing gets resolved. Im pretty sure Im being deliberately ignored.

    I moved in October of 2024. I changed my address with everyone and even before I scheduled the trips my address was changed officially. They sent 4 mileage reimbursement checks to the wrong address even though they knew the correct address. For the following dates: Nov 7, 2024, Nov. 7, 2024 (two trips one day), Nov. 26th, 2024, and Jan. 2nd, 2025. I have called them over 10 times and all they say is "they'll send an email". My concerns about these missing checks are not being considered and they won't even look into whether someone fraudently cashed them. I'm owed 4 mileage checks. I'm not sure what else to do to get them to reissue the checks or even have someone higher up talk to me about the issue.

    I didnt receive the text message to click on that I am ready to be picked up. I called the phone number to be picked up. I was on hold for more than 40 minutes and couldnt go home. To make sure I could go home, I had to pay for a **** myself.

    I am the mother of a severely disabled son. I am reimbursed mileage by *********** for transporting him to his medical appointments. I was authorized (Authorization # ********) to take him to his endocrinologist, *** **** ******, September 12, 2022, at 9:20am. The trip reimbursement form **** was submitted to *********** on September 12. I have not received reimbursement. I spoke with others at *********** while booking future trips and was told that a check was sent September 21 and was given a number to call about this, *** ********. No one ever answers this number. I sent another email and form **** again on 10/14/2022. No response. I sent a letter and form **** again November 22/ 2022. No response. I called his insurance company, **********, and complained 12/16/22. ******* called *********** and spoke with ******. She said she could not get through to them on the line either. ****** said she would send them an email. Still no response. I have another trip on 10/24/22 Authorization ******* that has not been reimbursed. There is no way to get ahold of them. I wonder if someone is stealing some of these checks or if they are just poorly run.

    As of April 19, 2023 the company has not responded to me.  At this point I doubt I will be hearing from them per this matter.  BBB thanks for doing what you could to resolve this.
