  i have been trying to get paperwork showing that a class 4 shingle was installed early last month. this is supposed to be a local company but the person I talked to about this is in *********. After the roof was installed no one came out to go over the job to make sure it was done the right way. the only thing I heard from them after the job was they wanted the money owed. they sent me pictures of the installation but that is not the same as going on the roof to see if it was done in the right way.

  As these other reviews have stated, it is all great up to the point they write the contract and get the down payment. And then crickets. On one job with them their employee who wrote the contract failed to leave out a detail. It has been several weeks now and they still dont have that detail from their own employee. I have reached out to that employee to please give that detail to his company and the detail remains missing.On another job they told me I could pick a particular color and now they are telling me I cannot pick that color.. they did not reach out to me to tell me this. It was only because I called quite often that they finally picked up the phone and told us. On the third job, a cover was missing, even though the color had been given to the employee who wrote the contract. Again, it was only because of our exhaustive efforts to reach them that the missing information became known. Two days ago, I got them to the answer the phone. She could not give me accurate information on each of the three jobs and promise to check with somebody the first thing the following morning. She then said that she would call me after she speaks to that person and if I dont hear from her. I should call her. That last part is a red flag of course because I did not hear from her and I did call and all day long nobody would pick up the phone. I find it hard to believe this is an A+ company. I strongly recommend avoiding their services. Once they have your down payment and the signature on the line, the quality of the service drops dramatically.

  They've had my initial payment of $4,000 for more than two months and haven't started on my roof. They don't answer the phone and they don't call me back after leaving them a message. What is going on with this company?

  Fantastic experience with Kramer Roofing! They assisted in helping me file a claim, they worked with the insurance companies on my behalf and was able to get me a successful outcome where I was able to get everything covered through my policy and all I had to pay was my deductible. Very pleased overall with the constant communication they provided and they made sure to get it done as soon as possible.

  I needed a shingle repair. *** said he would try to come by late Friday but couldnt promise. Understandable since it was Friday afternoon already when I called. On Monday he came by but no one was home at the time so he went ahead and did the repair. Not many contractors will do that for people. Very happy it was completed especially since heavy storms and high winds are predicted tomorrow. Great person. I recommend *** to anyone needing any roofing replacement or repair done.
