"After they offered me a free estimate for the repair of my roof among other things that I needed to get done starting around the month of July they have not yet came to make any type of work/service for what they were paid to do the insurance gave them the money and still no service and so it has been so long I started asking for a refund in November and seen me asking for the refund and now they let me know that they had problems with the communication in the office ,than they tell me they didn't have workers to do the job that's not our problem so I asked them to refund my money and I will find someone else to get it done now they want to charge me for there neglected errors within their company it is so sad that I have be put through this as a customer , They I'll get back with you in a couple of days no response, we don't know when we'll be able to get it done, we'll try to fit you in.
