  We recently had the pleasure of working with Bieg Plumbing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Our past experiences with home projects had left us wary, and we anticipated a cost-prohibitive and stressful endeavor.However, after hearing numerous positive remarks about Bieg Plumbing, we decided to give them a call and we are so incredibly glad we did!From the very first interaction, our experience was exceptional. ***** ****** came to our home to assess the situation and promptly provided us with a quote that we felt was not only fair but extremely reasonable for the scope of work, which included replacing the main stack and the interior main shut-off.Once we agreed to the work, our appointment was set efficiently. On the day of the service, **** and **** arrived precisely on time, ready to tackle the job. Our older home, with its less-than-modern updates, presented a challenging environment for the plumbing work, but this did not faze **** and **** in the slightest. They approached every complication with remarkable stride and skill, overcoming each hurdle thrown their way.The quality of their work was truly far above our expectations. Both **** and **** demonstrated an impressive level of talent and mastery in their craft.   This business was sold to a private equity firm in 2024. They don't honor warranties and don't show up for appointments. They are extremely rude on the phone and basically don't care about your business. It is not the same company it use to be. I would not do business with them at all.

Regardless of any changes in ownership, we still stand behind our work and always honor our warranties when the issue is related to the original repair.After running a camera and thoroughly inspecting the sewer line, we found the issue you're experiencing isnt connected to the original scope of the sewer repair, which is why its not covered under warranty. We know thats not the news anyone wants to hear, but we want to be upfront and honest about what we find.We are always working to improve, and your feedback helps us do that.   I called to have a garbage disposal fixed. We scheduled an appointment between 11am-1pm a few days later. On the day of the the appointment at 7:45am, they said they could come then or probably not at all as they were pretty booked up. I tried to explain that we had an appointment window, one of the bookings was mine, but they then could not guarantee they'd get to us. Do not schedule any appointments with them, they don't keep them!

  They recommended I try for the County repair program after numerous clogs that were in the same place. They are always very professional and friendly. I will always use Bieg Plumbing.

  I cannot speak highly enough about Bieg plumbing. They are not only professional and knowledgeable, they are truly nice to work with. From the person answering the phone to the supervisor and plumber, they were just great. On top of that, we had a bit of an emergency and everything was fixed in less than 24 hours.

  I was very impressed by how competent and professional the installer was. He realized that the water pressure in our house was too strong, installed a new water pressure valve, and it fixed our water heater problem. He also installed a new water faucet in a bathroom.The second time I called the company, the plumber replaced the shut off valve for our washing machine. We will definitely use Beig Plumbing in the future.
