The salesman told me the $3,000 'market adjustment' was universal and I believed him. A couple weeks later I found the same car for sale in town with no extra fees. My fault, I believed a car salesman. Beware.

I typed this all up, but it would not fit here because of limited space. Long story short, the sales team was great and helped me through the process. The service department was initially helpful and even gave me a military discount. It was when there were issues that started after their repairs that everything went south. Instead of focusing on the issue, they came up with something else they felt needed to be fixed before they could fix the main issue. They were not related. Because I questioned their method, they told me to take my truck somewhere else. The truck that was not drivable earlier was not ok for me to take to another dealership. The sensor issue did resolve and was not related to the other issue. I was right. The other dealership did complete my alignment, but they supposedly could not do it. What is painful is after spending 90K on a truck there, they could care less to see if I even made it. They wanted me to call them.

Sold me a car and engine went out in less then a week, i wanted my money back and no longer wanted the car. First problem with the car was heating in which they had the car for two weeks to fix that and it was resolved but once i recieved car back the engine begins to fail and they insisted on fixing the car and first time they flushed transmission and i recieved car same day and then next day the engine went out. I am not happy with how they are handling the situation, the used car sales manager has kind of been giving the run around about the car. There's no time frame on when things will be fixed and I'm two months into the car and haven't driven it. I am furious

Good morning! My name is *********************, and I am The General Manager of Weiss Toyota. ****************** has every right to be upset, as given the circumstances anyone would be. The vehicle is being repaired under the Powertrain Warranty provided by the manufacturer which happens to be ************* We have been working with the **** dealership closely in order to move the vehicle through the process. ****************** has been provided a vehicle since the day the vehicle was taken into the service department and has never been without transportation. Thou I understand the frustration with parts on backorder and longer than normal wait times for powertrain components, we are at the mercy of ****. Once the vehicle is repaired appropriately, we will work with ****************** on another vehicle if he desires to trade out of his current vehicle.

I came in with a now ex girlfriend of mine in I believe it was ***** of 2021. I co-signed on a 2015 Corolla. We were supposed to go through one loan company, its been so long now I forgot who, but somehow it ended up being ********************* which is complete trash and horrible and WITHOUT our knowledge. On top of that I was to be the co-signer and now Im the main title holder (name first on title). All of this was done WITHOUT our knowledge. We did NOT ask to go through ********************* and we had more than one inquiry run, again, WITHOUT our consent. They will do anything to get you in a car and money in their pocket including things WITHOUT your knowledge

Good afternoon! When the vehicle was purchased both names appeared on the loan documents, and there is not a "main title holder." That is a common misconception. Also, the loan documents at the time of purchase will list the bank as the lienholder, so we would not be able to switch banks without your knowledge. I realize that situations such as these can be complicated, especially if a relationship has ended. We would be happy to help you if you need further assistance.
