    I bought a 2016 ******** escalade in January of 2023 and I had it for 2 months the engine blew. I got it fixed at ********* chevrolet it cost me $15000 to get fixed it took me a year to pay that and get my truck back so I get it back had it for another 2 months now the transmission blew. I asked them to help me they offered to buy my truck foe $9000 which didn't make sense to me if your saying your trying to help me. I have had to replace the 2 most costly things on the car I've had to **** which is an inconvenience. It's been a nightmare. I just want them to replace it or even help at this point I've been sold a lemon.

    *************************** had no idea when it was supposed to be delivered, and couldnt keep a simple assurance made by management. In light of this, as well as making me wait for my refund, they can enjoy a permanent negative review of their business practices.

    I bought a 2015 Hyundai Genesis from Weiss Toyota 12/3/22. The check engine light came on so I took it to Weiss Toyota Service Center. They found out it was the Throttle Body. They turned the check engine light off and told me if it comes back on to take it to a Hyundai Dealership because they weren't equipped to fix it. I took it to Napleton Hyundai Service Department. I bought a warranty through Weiss which is paying for the repair. Napleton told me there is a Hundred Dollar deductible. My warranty company said because I took my car to Hyundai instead of where I purchased the car is the reason for the deductible. Why should I have to pay that because Weiss Service Department wasn't able to repair my car? I think they should pay the deductible. Sincerely, ******* *******

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19327296,   It still disappoints me that it did toke three trips to get the issue resolved and will hope that there is better service the next time my son brings in his car when he returns from the Navy.

    *************************************ur company may have some issues when it comes to servicing. I am still driving the vehicle with a tire light on and do not know if your company can manage simple routine maintenance as what I have seen from this experience. If this were brought back for service, how long would it take to fix this issue "again" and what is the cost? Why do I ask - when the appointment was made, I was informed that there would be no charge since there was maintenance plan purchased - but was informed after I got there that these mistakes happen by the people who make these appointments. Do issues like this happen all the time? Evidently it does when I tried to bring the car in to get this taken care of this morning and the people at the Service counter were not completely aware of what needed to be done.Peoples time is money as I could not wait after spending time with an individual the previous day to show up to a office full of people eating donuts and not doing much of anything.
