      My doctor sent a prescription on 10/21/2022 to express scripts . I called the pharmacy to confirm the order will be expedited and the representa**ve confirmed ***** hours for processing. I called again on 10/24 to check the status of my medica**on and I was told its actually going to take 5-7 business days . I advised the representa**ve that I need the medica**on and that I am traveling on 10/27 so the medica**on if delivered on or after 10/27 will remain outside my home for 2 weeks. The representa**ve told me I cannot cancel my order it will be shipped anyway and I will be charged regardless . I asked the representa**ve if I can call my doctor ** place a new script for when I return , she said I would have to pay for both deliveries regardless of the medica**on I would have to dispose of . This is ********* I was treated with disrespect I was not offered any help. They take advantage of pa**ents that tricare are contracted with to use express scripts. They know we have no choice for our maintenance medica**on and I am willing to go through with li**ga**on if this is how I must con**nue with this business.

      ******* is the only option i have for very expensive, ~$25000/dose, stelara injections. *******, express scripts, and ***** are all part of the same organization but they blame each other. My *******-only option has not been on time once in two years, missed my first injection, and I'm currently more than 30 days past due. My Gastro. doctor had a patient go off biologic injections once that put her in the hospital for months. I pay over $500/month and my employer pays the rest for medical coverage. This medicine is covered, ******* has the monopoly on *****, my numerous calls, and hours on calls have not helped. I'm paying for this service and I require this service out of medical necessity.

      I am receiving numerous phone calls and emails from express scripts everyday. I am not interested in pursuing any business with EXPRESS SCRIPTS. It is abundantly clear this organization is calling my home everyday with harassing phone calls. Please assist me in desistiing these daily phone calls Please and thank you
