      I tried to file an actual complaint about this rat company price gouging its citizens. They've monopolized the area and are raising rates beyond reason. As a marine corps veteran of this country i don't understand how this can be even remotely close to being legal.

      We were supposed to have around a 12 percent increase for three months just got my bill and it literally went up by 130%. This is price gouging. These people should be in jail for endangering family's and the elderly with the choice of food and electricity. Time to nationalize our energy sector. And fire your CEO. Hope he rots.

      Ameren overcharged me because I had decided to pay my 500 dollar bill early. I had set up autopay and apparently it doesn't acknowledge the paid **** and decided to double charge my account. After talking with them they were unable to credit the amount back to me until I had gone through a waiting period of 7-10 days to make sure THEIR MONEY CLEARED. EVEN THOUGH IT OBVIOUSLY DID. What about the money that is now missing from my account. This is a terrible service from a terrible company and nothing has been good since I had started with them. If you set up auto-pay dont ever think to pay ahead, they will charge you more than once.

      12% increase is straining most of **************. It is out of hand. My bill went from 90 to 200. Thats ridiculous. You are not for the people.

      Price gouging at its finest! They dont even read the meters, they just guess at it. Plus, Candlewood estates in ******* ******** has so many electrical issues they do their best to stay out of it. **** isnt holding anyone accountable either, and the Attorney General Kuame ***** is only concerned about illegals and democratic money laundering. When is someone in this state going to do their job?!?!

      I signed up for budget billing and text message alerts. When I discontinued service I found out I owed nearly 3 times more than my budget billed amount. I was never notified via text or email that I was using more than my monthly average. I later found out, the only way to see this was I logging in and downloaded my bill. I was given less than a month to come up with this unexpected bill. When I called in to ask if I could be a few days late, customer service said I could be sent to collections if I was one day late.

      Unsatisfied, been without power for 5 days now and workers have been sitting in their work trucks for hours not working. I called customer service, I was told to make other plans because she dont know when the power will be on which is insensitive and heartless considering I am on a machine to help me breathe.

      Absolutely terrible company. Without power for two days now. Havent seen anyone do anything g to help even though power lines are laying in the road. Was told power would be restored at 930 pm Friday and its 230pm Sunday now.

      If we use 73 dollars of electricity per month that doesn't give them the right to charge us 2.5x that amount (184). this is monopoly at is finest it need to be delt with they keep raising the rates and adding more and more bs we Boston party's over 2% of tea. This is a the biggest scam in our country there needs to be laws to made to stop this gouging
