      On 7/10/2025 I submited rebate #********** which was eventually denied. The reason I was given was a limited of only 1 rebate per address. However the flyer implies you can receive up to $24 in rebates and no where on the flyer does it easily (if at all) state that the limit is 1 submission per address. I did submit and receive 1 rebate for $3 but the flyer implies you can get up to $24 and as stated does not readily state that it is only allowed for 1 submission. It is assumed you can submit multiple rebates until you reach $24 dollars.

      I submitted a rebate request for $5.00 per case on **** Light Beer. On 05.03.25 I purchased 3 cases of **** Light Beer at *********** in *****, ********/. The rebate number I used when I submitted the rebate request was AB-8912. Sometime in June I went online to check the status, which indicated there was a problem with the rebate request stating, "Invalid State". I tried online chat with them, but no one was available, which directed me to email them. After a couple of weeks and not hearing from them, I went online and tried to chat with them again but since no one was available, I ended up sending them another email. Again, no response. I went online to find an actual phone number for their customer service, which I called. The representative I spoke was not very pleasant or helpful, and said she could not find a rebate for ********. The funny part is that Family Fare was running another rebate for them at the same time I was speaking with her, which I let her know. I am filing this to let other people know to beware that this company is not on the up and up with issuing rebates, and I consider this a form of fraud or a scam to get you buy their beer.

      Ive been sending in anheuser ***** Rebates via ***************** for 3 plus years. All of a sudden every single one of them is rejected for no apparent reason except Im told sorry this did not pass our audit process. Not only me but 5 other people I got doing these also. We all dont live together each has own phone number and address and all 5 of us have had every single rebate all of a sudden denied for same reason for 3 plus months now. I read others having same issue. I called them up and they told me they dont know why but its not passing their audit process all of a sudden. I feel cheated as Ive spent so much money on this company for 3 plus years literally 3-4x a week. My receipts from restaurants that are for 2 Michelob ultras and any app are all denied even though my names on the receipt electronically from my credit card company. How is this not passing an audit process. Bbb needs to get involved.

      I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:  they send same canned response to everyone. They never follow up. I called their 800# provided and get  same reply. We dont know why it didnt pass our audit process.  Same exact reply always. Same canned reply. Everyone else is making complaints about same exact thing and they say theyll follows up with the rebate department or company yet its never done. I quit drinking their beers and I spent probably $200 a week on them in restaurants and stores. I switched to Guiness and *** ***** because of the rebate issues. Take down the displays in ******* and all the liquor stores that advertise rebates if you spend money on their brand because theyre all denied for 3 months plus now. All 5 of my friends that were doing these also quit their beer as well. 

      disappointed to say the least.

      Company promotes rebates in store with flyers. The Codes on the bottom of the rebate form are used and the company then denies the rebate. Then offers a different code for the product purchased. Website for product rebate does not work properly. First it wont take a jpeg upload attempt. Then I try it on my phone and use the camera function to take picture of receipt. Then it tells my I've attempted to too many times and wait a few minutes. Wait over 10 minutes, still not working. I agree with others that this is a scam designed to sucker you into buying product and then making it as difficult as possible to claim the rebate. What scumbags!!!!

      Budweiser/Natural light rebate and groceries!AB-8724 purchases between 1/1/25 thru 12/31/25 submit by 1/14/26 must purchase $25 not including alcohol cigarettes etc. to be used 1 time $10.00 My purchase was on 5/16/25 amount in actual groceries... roughly $60.00 excluding the natural light. this was the one and only time submitting this ********* was denied for the following reason;"NATURAL LIGHT AND GROCERIES REBATE.Your rebate tracking number is: ********** Unfortunately, we could not honor your request due to the following reason(s): DEDUP_ATTRIBUTE_MISSING"DEDUP_ATTRIBUTE_MISSING means nothing to me! everything i submitted was accurate!this seems to be a routine (rejecting) thing with Bud light, Budweiser and natural light. It's getting OLD OLD OLD!!!I am still working with one of the Bud **** from a few previous rebate submissions that were rejected for various reasons not to mention rebates that error out while verifying on the rebate site and virtual cards not working when trying to use. Its a waste of my time, and the Bud rebate **** time.

      no refund or reimbursement has been sent for the most recent ot the few others prior. As mentioned this is happening every time I submit. Looks like a lot of others are having the same issue. I have other rebates to send in but I am very hesitant to submit them to have to waste so much time trying to go through all of these steps to get a resolution.

      i purchased a **************************************************************** all credentials and recieved an electronic rebate that i have not been able to use at any on line store as of yet and as i write this iam waiting 30 minutes already waiting to speak to a customer service representative .this seems like a scam and i have wasted more time than the rebate is worth but this should be a much easier transaction

      I bought the beer because it had an offered rebate of $20 when you spend $50 or more, I spent $69 so well over. I scanned the qr code and I have the receipt as requested but it asked for an offer code. I couldnt find it online so I called Anhauser ***** and the *** said he would look for the code and had me on hold for at least 15 minutes, then hung up without saying anything. Me and my family have been a loyal customers to Anhauser ***** for longer than Ive been alive and they repay me by scamming me under the guise of a rebate that I cant cash? The song is listed in many stores through ******** so I know its real. This needs to be made right I am not asking for anything unreasonable just the money that I was promised by the rebate, which is right.

      Tracking #********** and **********. For **********:I submitted receipt for Cutwater rebate beginning of April. Cutwater rebate offers $1 for purchasing one healthy item with limit of 24 items ($24). Their website had been showing status as pending for weeks. Contacted them several times via chat. Over the last chat they offered me $1 for that submission. When i declined and pointed out there were close to 30 items on receipt and that my rebate should be maxxed at $24, was told receipt was illegible and to email copy again- which i did. A week or so later the sent me $1 digital card. Contracted again and was again asked to email a better copy. Giving a run around no matter what!For **********, please review the chat and nonsensical explanation they shared.Providing receipt and all conversations here

      I have a few gainful liquor stores that keep the post'. They never DT-CHANNEL. I am new to the no refund policy and is there a way to have just a refund situation for them to have an investment in the industry that they can't afford. I bought two 6packs of you Stella ****** and two of them were flat. I have the reciept for the last one, with best buy #**MAR26su2149, and the one I bought for January best buy #**JAN26su2049 I may have lost. I have four from my January 2025 purchase and five from my purchase on 15th of April 2025. I planned on opening the ones from January later because of the flat, decided the pack from this week wouldn't go flat, but it had the same didn't make the foam flat. Now I own two packs with flat. I am looking for ******************* to assist with my very favorite ale. Case #********. Not all were flat,one each pack so far.

      They have an offer for a $10 rebate which requires 2 proof of purchase receipts and UPC bar codes. I have supplied all of these numerous times and they keep replying that I have not submitted one or the other. I have answered their emails with these proofs more than once and they keep denying my submission.
