I put in for a $9.00 rebate in February 2024 with Anheuser *****. They sent me one of those square bar codes and a reward card with no bar code, .No store will redeem either of those items. I called the customer service number to get a reward card that can be redeemed. The representative I spoke to said he can sent me a card that is redeemable, but there will be a $3.00 charge. So when I do receive this new card and it is redeemed, it will only be worth $6.00.It's not the monetary value that's the issue, it's the principle.I have all the documentation, if needed.I may not the only one with this issue, others may think it's to menial to pursue.Review from Madison C

Scheduled my husband for an interview. Sent him a reminder at 2:30pm to get ready for his interview and at 2:40 they cancelled the interview, and then at 2:50 got an email saying they are no longer accepting applicants. Terrible, how does this happen?Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

The rebates they offer are a scam. I sent everything they asked for but was declined. They make it so difficult to try to apply for rebate that most people give up . They should in my opinion not be allowed to advertise the rebates.Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

How can a struggling beer company be so naive as to offer a rebate and then outsource the entire process. Have 3 rebates for $45 that are long overdue. Rebate company is deceptive and dismissive and there is no way to talk to anyone at Budweiser. Also, auto response that someone will reach out to customer is a joke. The Labor Day rebate is ridiculous. I am not able to get the rebate due to invalid submissions. I even highlighted the information, but still it was invalid. This is just bad business, seems like nobody cares. I am not excited about their products anymore.Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

The bud lite rebate is a scam. The hoops you must jump through to activate the virtual card I believe is purposely intended to frustrate the loyal customer into giving up on redemption.Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

They offered a 20 dollar rebate and didnt honor it..I bought the required amount of beer from my local Publix supermarket registered my recipe online and sent it in then a month later I received a email saying that the purchase didnt meet the requirements I bought 2 12 packs thats what the promotion said I feel that this was just a ploy for them to sell more of the beer because no one was buying this product and for me I will never buy another product from this company ever againAnheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

While in Florida, three weeks ago. I purchased Bud Light because it had a rebate attached to it. I was at our house, doing renovations and about three cases for my friends and I. They have rejected every rebate saying an invalid state because I was having it sent to my home address. My purchase indicated it happened in Florida and it was within the proper timeline. I feel that they do not honor their rebate program and I will not need to buy their product anymore. This is plain and simple rip off as far as I’m concerned.Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response

I am writing to complain about the Anheuser-Busch rebate promotion. First of all AFTER purchasing the required number of **** Light at Meijers I had to go back to the display and fill out the rebate form on my phone. This,in my case, could ONLY be done with the help of a ******'s clerk (she found it extremely difficult too) since the procedure was (intentionally I think) over the top difficult to complete. Next I received an e-mail telling me I didn't include the *** code. I then sent that to them only to receive an e-mail telling me I had received a Virtual Prepaid Card, but the problem was it was so totally difficult (again I suspect intentionally) to respond to and on top of that the phone number I had been using with them had been evidently disconnected since my calls would no longer go through. In the meantime I received by mail a $5 (not the $15 promised in the promotion) rebate check. I will never again buy an Anheuser-Busch product.Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc Response
