1 starMy Marcus Loan was transferred to Systems and Services Technologies back in December. I have made my monthly payments manually using the website. I called and was told that they do not charge interest for late payments No issues on that. I was late by two days on my payment but I made the payment through the website portal. A day passes only to see that my payment was processed twice. I call the number listed only to be transferred to a 3rd party call center ( Alorica). I never set up automatic payments. I logged in and see that someone signed me up without my authorization. I cancelled it and received an email confirming the cancellation. I checked my email inbox and I never got a email confirming that my payments were switched to automatic. Now I have to wait 3-5 day to get back my money on the second payment. I have notified my bank and filled a reversale. If System and Services does not give my back my money with in 3-5 business days I will be calling my bank to get my money back. Very unprofessional and bad business practice. The rep told me that the change was made on June 20th at 1am. I never set up for auto payment.Systems & Services Technologies, Inc.

1 starIf I could rate less I would. Marcus G****** transferred loan balances to this company and it's a joke. I called June 12th to ask for a due date change from the 16th to the 30th and was told no problem. Then a week later they tell me that agent was wrong and the only dates available are 24th or 25th. So I pick the 25th with my autopay for the 25th. The 26th I am told I am not on autopay so I made a payment over the phone. On. July 1st, they pulled another payment. It's now the 8th and they now say my May and June payment were reversed and I'm late which is complete baloney. Now I have to provide proof that I have never had any reversed payments.. 1 starWish I could give a zero rating. SST acquired my loan from Goldman sach. I decided to pay loan in full but I ended up paying more since a payment was auto drafted from my account. I paid in full on May 2 2024 and as of today July 3 2024 my loan is still showing a balance and open on all three credit reports. I barely received a check in the mail for my over payment a week ago and that was because I threatened legal action if I did not receive my money. They sent me a letter dated June 20 stating my loan was paid in full and this information will be submitted to the credit bureau. This loan is still showing on my credit reports. 1 starSST was forced on me by a Goldman Sachs sale. SST is by far the worst loan company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They barely have a working website. Their emails look like phishing scams and theres no way to check balances, no app, and no security. Absolutely the worst company to borrow from.Systems & Services Technologies, Inc.

1 starMy personal loan was transferred to SST from Marcus/Goldman. SST is one of the most outdated digital platforms out there and needs to do better. From everything from a very very delayed transfer, making it impossible to get new loan information to referring to online as "on-line" to not being easily able to reset passwords to making it nearly impossible to find your original contractual information or your outstanding balance, it is horrible. 1 starRun as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company
I've had a loan for less than a year through SeedFi now managed by SST - Systems & Services Technologies.
Since the loan origination, I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (throat, esophagus, liver) and fell a month behind in payments with huge medical bills (now caught up). I received daily emails from SST to which I would respond that I am unable to speak by phone presently because of my circumstances. I would receive a rude, snarky response that no accounts are managed by email and they demand a phone conversation. Then came the threatening letters that I was refusing to respond by phone and they would refer the account to collections. For being 2 weeks late on one payment. The account has been current for some time now and I am still receiving the threatening letters.
I am awaiting the closing of a piece of real estate and indeed to pay this off immediately.
I have taken all of their correspondence and mine and sent it to my state Attorney General to report their business practices and also to the FTC.
Run as far as you can and as fast as you can from this predatory company.

1 starMy loan account was transferred to SST from Marcus Goldman Sachs. In November 2023 I had an with Marcus To lower my payments if I paid an agreed amount by November 15th. I set it up as an automatic payment and days later I received a message that my loan had been transferred to SST and all handling of the account would be as originally agreed on. I had the lower payment agreement because I was having financial difficulties. SST took out the automatic payment and then started billing me for the original loan amount. In talking with them, they said there was no agreement for lower payments in my profile and there was nothing they could do to help me. I sent them an email asking for my payment history because it was no longer available at Marcus Goldman Sachs. They replied back saying due to security reasons they would not discuss my account by email but I could log into my account online or call them. It didn’t do any good to call them because all they tell me is that they can't help me. I told them I would not make any more payments until they sent me my payment history. I cannot login to their website because I had invalid login information even though I reset my password and it says saved successfully. This is a horrible company and shame on Marcus by Golman Sachs for betraying their customers and selling us all to such a sister company.Systems & Services Technologies, Inc.

1 starWretched. Goldman Sachs transferred my loan without notice to SST. It has been a nightmare to communicate with them and billing is a mess. Others have mentioned that they are not reporting payments to the credit bureaus. Data is not secure. There is a strong need for a class action lawsuit.
