Forever Clean Gutters installed my Gutter Guard on in September of 2022. Since then I have notice a pattern of water flowing over the top of the gutter dripping to the ground by the foundation. Repeated calls to Service line end up being someone trying to scam me using a gift card hook. The finance company only will tell me they no longer do business with them. Please advise on what I can do to get this issue resolved. I would like this fix or a refund of my moneyInitial Complaint

We purchased gutter covers in June 2022 from ForeverClean. We noticed they pushed too much water over the gutters, but chalked it up to heavy rainstorms. We then noticed the gutters were keeping out water even in the lightest of rain and finally decided to call to have a technician look at the install, since the gutters couldn't even handle snow melting from the roof.We attempted to call the number on their website and on our documents, only to be routed to a call center offering a $100 rebate. We tried to talk to people on the phone and through chat and were either hung up on, calls were not returned, or we were pushed to pay additional money to receive the $100 rebate card. We also attempted to email the company, but the emails were returned as undeliverable.It seems the only valid item we received from ForeverClean was the free vacation they gave us. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the actual voucher to cash in the vacation, which expires in a few months.We want the gutter covers removed so water stops pouring along the base of our home in addition to a refund as it was far too expensive for a defective product.Initial Complaint

I gutters installed on June 28, 2022. I tried to call them about repairs six months after they were installed, because they needed repair. I was not able to get in touch with the company. I spoke to ******* who was a contact person when I purchased my gutters. I talk to him in December. He told me the company had gone out of business. In April ******************************************************** And since then there's been overflowing of water damaging to my patio deck. And several attempts to reach out to them over the years I've never heard back from them in fact the number is no longer working. Is this company still in business? On Dec 12, 2022 we had gutters installed by Forever Clean Gutters. We have no issues with the gutters that I am aware of. Recently, we were approved by our insurance company to get a new roof. We wanted to talk to the company about what that mean for our gutters and could they take them off and put them back on once the roof is replaced. I can't get hold of these people. Their website is different, most of the numbers take you to nowhere and when you can get hold of someone they are trying to talk to you about a $100 gift card. I just argued round and round with someone once I told them I don't want or need a gift card until they just blatantly hung up the phone one me. When we first bought the gutters we could get hold of the easily. Less than a year later and crickets. How can they have a warranty if you can't even get a hold of them?The last number I tried was ************ which is on the paperwork they gave us.Initial Complaint

I tried to contact them about my gutters because the down spouts on my gutter don't fit the gutters. They told me after I paid them that I could contact them anytime for any repairs. They told me however that I had to pay in full before they could do anything so I did. They told me to pay before they could get started. I have contacted them multiple times and now the number is disconnected. I chatted with someone on their website who apologized and gave me another number to call at *********** but it also is disconnected. They are suppose to have a lifetime guarantee and warranty that is transferable which I found not to be true. I paid $4629 for the gutters. I agreed to this price based on the promise of high quality gutters that would require little or no maintenance. My gutters need to be fixed immediately.Initial Complaint

5/20/21 we had new H313537353330**303734H installed on our home and paid $3,050. I have a life time warranty and it says that if there are any problems to call the company and they will make it good. Transaction 09/29/2022 Amount due $3,000.00 Installing Forever clean gutters guards Only requirement was to clean the gutters and install only Guards. Didnt have gutters replaced.Within few weeks, rain arrives and my new gutters guards are leaking front and back of house. Called for repairs.The worker speak any English, causing improper work results.9 month later and same gutter clogged causing a water fall.Have called over, over and over.
