We had gutter installation done on June 23 of 2020. Under the customer name *****************. This was a claim through our insurance company. Within a year of the installation, our brand new gutters had the same leaking problem behind the gutters that our originals did. Weve never successfully been able to get the company to perform any warranty work on our home. We usually cannot get a hold of a person and the messages left are unanswered the majority of the time. The rare couple of times we have spoken with somebody they either cannot find our contract information, which I have a copy of right in my hands, or tell me we have to call a different phone number. At some point I believe that this particular location on ****** **** may have closed its doors. But we were given the this number for the main company and told that they would be standing behind the warranty work. 800-658-8153z When you choose option three for repair work, the mailbox is full. When you choose option two for installation dates, the mailbox is full. When you leave a message on option one (which is the sales line) nobody calls back. When I dialed another number listed, I just keep being told by employees to call ************. One even suggested filing this BBB complaint, so they must be tired of hearing from angry customers. I would love to speak to someone who would be willing to stand behind the gutter installation, which was clearly done incorrectly as we have water pouring out of the back sides of our gutters into, our light fixtures on the front porch and all over the front steps.Initial Complaint

Forever Clean installed our gutters on June 18th, 2019. Last year (2022) we had an addition put on the house and some guards needed to be removed to do this. We saved them and wanted Forever Clean to come and re-install them and add additional ones if needed. I am trying to contact them but they do not reply. The mailboxes are full on their phone lines. I was wanting to eliminate leaves in my gutter and they called me and I said yes and come look at it. They gave me a fairly good price. They said they would come out and put gutter guards on my H313537353330**303734H. He told me I needed to put 10% down. So I gave them $287.00 on Dec. 12 and they said in a couple days they would come out and put the H313537353330**303734H on, the price was $2,584.00 with total of $2871.00 with down payment. I didn**;t know that they charged me twice for $287.00. I called them about it and they told me to send in my bank statement to verify it. They said in 10 days they would refund my money. I still haven**;t gotten anything in the mail yet. I**;m still waiting.Business Response

This was a mistake that was handled and refunded to the customer on 1/24/23. She misunderstood and thought the refund was coming in the mail but it was electronically refunded. I called FOREVER CLEAN GUTTERS to have my gutters covered. When the man arrived, we went outside and looked at my house including the soffit that was torn up by squirrels. The man asked if I would also like to replace the soffit and I said that it would not do any good since the squirrels will just tear it up again. He stated that they use metal and the squirrels would not be able to get in because they cannot chew through metal. He knew we were talking about soffit and not the gutters since we looked at it and talked about it and saw squirrels in the soffit. The soffit was installed and the squirrels were still getting in. Eventually a piece fell and I realized it was vinyl. I called them to report this and they just keep saying that the contract says vinyl. The contract was online and the man pushed me to sign it without thinking about it for a few days. I trusted him and signed it. They will not work with me at this company and they have a pattern of doing this. Is there any way that you can help me. I just want to be compensated for the soffit. I don't know how they got my number but they will not stop calling me. They call, sometimes, multiple times per day to sell me a product I don't want or need. I ask them to stop calling me and they just call me from a new number.Business Response

With all due respect this is another example of how the BBB just posts any negative review. I looked your information up and someone related to your number filled out a " I want information" about this product. If you would have simply called we would have taken your number off the list. So, please reach out to the office, we will remove your number, and you will not receive another call. We are not doing anything that is "covert" . We literally tell you who we are when we call, give our call back number, all the information that is needed to apparently gripe about an unwanted call without actually reaching out to us. They installed $2000 gutters for me that have a lifetime warranty. They are defective and nobody will contact me back. I have tried calling, email, text, their online form, and their online chat.Business Response

We have spoken with the *** concerning this type of issue before. This is NOT a complaint toward our company. This was a seperate Franchise under management with a different individual that closed the doors over a year ago due to covid and the issues surrounding it. There is nothing we can do for this customer. This customer has never reached out to this office, if he had we would have explained to him what was going on. If a ********* in ******* closes down, the office in *** ***** can not be held responsible. I empathize with this indivicual but we can not help this customer. I hired them 3 months ago. They oriinally missed a few things and they sent someone out to repair. They repaired some gutters and put up some soffets. They weren't put on properly. A strong wind made them loose or even fall. I called them and they asked for pictures. I sent them to them and I have yet to hear back from them. I paid them $4500 in full. This company spam called me for weeks. After I blocked their main number I started getting calls from VOIP numbers that their auto-dialer uses. So far I've had to block 5 different numbers associated with these hacks. I also see they provide a standard response to these spam complaints about "how if the worst thing in the world is getting an unwanted phone call you should consider yourself lucky" - I'd consider myself even luckier if I wasn't spammed nonstop from this company.Business Response

It would be a lot easier for our blockers to register your number IF it were only under your name. BUT IT IS NOT. Next time you take the time to write a complaint as a NON CUSTOMER please provide all the relevant information in the complaint. We gain NOTHING by calling someone that does not need our services. On the contrary it is counter productive to our business and costs us time and money. Correct. I am not your customer, so I don't know why I'm getting calls from your company 2-3x a day. I have no idea why I'm in your system multiple times or where you got my name from. I'm writing a complaint based on the fact that the multiple phone calls amounts to harassment. I am on the national do not call registry as of 2013 and even confirmed it earlier today. Reading through multiple review forums I am not the only person who is getting the constant spam calls.
