      I ORDERED A PIZZA ON SUNDAY 9/19/22 FROM THIS DOMINOE PIZZA ONLINE! THE PIZZA WAS ADVERTIZED AS 6.99 BUT HAD TO ORDER 2 PIZZA TO GET THAT OFFER! ANYWAY I ORDERED THE PIZZA BUT DID NOT SEE THIS OFFER ! THEY CHARGED ME $ 20 & DID NOT SEND ME THE SECOND PIZZA !!! I CALLED ASAP & COMPLAINED BUT THE DAMN MAN SAYS I MADE A MISTAKE ?? WHAT ?? I GAVE MY DEBIT CARD ... **** ENDING & THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY NOR SEND ME THE SECOND PIZZA!! COMPLETE FRAUD !!

      The customer placed the order online, this is correct.  The Mix -N- Match coupon was not applied to the order. Also, the Mix -N- Match coupon is for a medium 2 topping pizza for $6.99 with a minimum purchase of 2 items that qualify for the coupon.  The pizza ordered was a medium 4 topping pizza-which does not qualify for this coupon.  

      Since the order was made to the customer's specifications, they are not due a refund or any compensation.

      On Friday, August 19, 2022, I ordered food on the Dominos Pizza app and paid online through PayPal and never received my order or a refund. I paid $64.00. It was during their 50% off promotion so I assumed they were super busy and couldnt fulfill all of their orders. I ordered after 4:30 pm and their tracking showed my order was ready and was being checked by ******* at 5:11 and that message didnt change until I received a phone call at 5:57 from them asking if I had received my order. I said no and was told that they would remake my order and would personally deliver it to me. I got a text at 6:19 saying that ****** was on the way to deliver my order. I waited and waited and finally called them at 7:25 and was placed on hold for 1 hour 31 minutes when I finally hung up. I called two days later about it and the woman who answered told me that they had been robbed and were shutting down and for me to call back the next day. So I did and the person that I spoke with was ******, the person that my text said was delivering my food. I told her that I had never gotten my order and she remembered that it was taken from her by someone (I think she said a manager) because they wanted the tip I gave of $10+. *** called multiple times and ** always told I need to talk to the general manager, ******, but she never seems to be there when ** told she would be. Theyve taken my name and number and said theyll have her call me but Ive gotten no response. On the night of my order I filed a complaint on the Dominos website and received a case number but no other response. I have been very nice every time I call the store but it certainly hasnt helped matters. I feel like Im bothering the employees by constantly calling trying to catch ******. I feel like Ive been robbed of my food and money all for the greed of a $10+ tip. I just want what I paid for or my money back. This was the Dominos at *********************************************************************

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      I did receive a call yesterday evening from Dominos new general manager and he was able to refund my money on PayPal.

      On 7/9/22 @ 2:34 pm, i bought pizza and wings. the wings i did not like with the sauce on them. i requested purchased new wings no sauce so i had to pay for another order. i was told that i would be refunded my money for the wings i did not like, i have NOT been refunded my money . i called and spoke with the manager ***.he gave me a # and i called it and no answer, autmated message gve me the run around. called *** back and he said he would contact someone. no call back yet after another week. so i been charged twice for my food when i was told i woud get a refund.

      On the original order, #******, there is no order of wings.  There is a 2nd order, #******, for an order of plain wings, in which the customer was charged for the plain wings.  Due to the information in my database, I do not see where he was charged twice for any wings.  

      If the customer has another order number or any other information, they can send it to me at [email protected].  At this time, I am unable to provide a refund since they only paid $6.99 for one order of wings.
