    Im a old woman and this company agent called me last December and got my credit card information to pay the ***** factory warranty, because he said my warranty will be expired and this is Tesla customer service auto insurance. I trusted him and ************* and give him my credit card information.I waited to sign the paperwork but I never received any paperwork from this . In July this month, I found I was charged by this insurance company 232.44$ per month from Dec. 2024 to July 2025.I was shocked that I didnt signed to the agreement of this insurance, and who could setup this automatic payment ? 232.44$ monthly payment is a big deal for a old people like me to afford.I called the insurance company and tried to cancel this policy which I never agreed with and wanted my money back. Every time when I call them, they would just let me wait online and never picked up my call. Please dont call old people and get them setup and steal money from them. Please return my money back.

    Please be assured that our intention is never to cause confusion or hardship, and we take these matters seriously. After a policy is initiated, we send the contract documents to the customer by email or mail, allowing 30 days to review the terms. During that 30-day period, the contract is fully refundable. After that, it becomes refundable on a prorated basis.

    We understand your concerns and are sorry to hear that you were not aware of the charges. We kindly ask that you call our customer service team at ************ to discuss any refund that may be due. Our team is available to assist you and will do everything possible to address your situation promptly.
    We appreciate your time and the opportunity to resolve this.

    The agent put our mileage down incorrectly 4000 mileage difference!WRONG !!! On our new policy. I called customer service and spoke with 8 different people. Spoke with supervisor Unhelpful and said it was our fault. Please someone call me .***** R

    Got a letter in the mail thought it was from my dealership about my warranty. Ended up canceling after reading their reviews about up charging and got it cancelled. I want to be taking off their list and not to receive anymore mail or any contact from them.

    Horrible--they pray on the elderly and poor, smooth talkers. Tell you you pay a one time charge and then the next month they take money from you. I filed a fraud report with my bank and they immediately stopped the payment. The next morning I got 11 calls in a row from them, never leaving a message. They are slick, they had information about the car I had just bought and everything. Thank god my bank was fast to resolve this issue.

    I just found out this morning that more money was taken out of my account. I was told this was an extended warranty and not a policy. Which more money was taken out of my account, the lady I spoke with said it's a mistake to cancel this warranty due to the high cost of out-of-pocket expense. I don't give this company any type of star just filing a complaint and now have to go to my bank and replace my debt card and try to get some of my money back.

    Calling this business a con artist is giving them too much credit as there was nothing artistic about the s*** they tried to pull. A vulnerable family member fell for the scam, and I spent hours on their merry-go-round hold line while they try and get you to give up and disconnect. When I finally was able to get to the correct person, thats when the real bullsh!t started. I think his name was ****. I genuinely have never encountered a more insufferable idiot than this man in my life. Im not kidding, he was emotionally invested in making sure I wasnt able to cancel. The absolute run around he was giving me, with the most idiotic reasoning, it was astounding. Ive never dealt with anything like it. I recorded the call and most likely going to post it online. ****, if youre reading this, I hope the rest of your life is as miserable as your attitude.

    I just got off the phone with a representative, and the experience was horrible. He was yelling at me, accusing me of not caring for my car, and even said it would just sit there broken down and get towed away. He pressured me to pay for a service upfront without properly explaining what it was for. The interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. I do not recommend using this company.
