    Hands down the absolute worst internet company and some of the most unprofessional people I've had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could go 0 stars then I *****% would. We are constantly plagued by internet problems, everytime we call in to get help everyone is extremely rude, and no one at the company seems willing to do their jobs. We've spent more time in the past 2 weeks without internet connection than we have spent actually being connected. We pay $50 for 2megs, and rarely if ever does our speed ever even hit 1 mbps. Doesn't even matter if the weather is good or bad, still have spotty service at best. When we do finally get someone to help us within 2 days all the peoblems start again. With the extremely high prices for their lowest grade and way underperforming internet you'd be best to find a Hotspot device or to just go without internet. We plan to purchase internet elsewhere as soon as possible, even if it means eating the rest of the contract that they refuse to let people cancel early. It's absolute BS to have internet problems 5 out of every 7 days and i don't even live out of town.

    We do not have any account matching the first or last name ***************************. We also do not offer any packages for 2Mbps for $50 per month. We believe that this person has the wrong company.

    Love this internet! Weve tried Dish and Hughesnet satellite but the data caps caused issues for us doing online work and security cameras. **** has worked wonderfully for the past 3 years. **************** was an actual person!!!! Recommend to neighbors and anyone in the area.

    My internet went down 7 days ago. I work in IT so I can understand. What I cant understand is the horrible customer service. I have trouble shot their equipment for them to no avail. I call every morning they call back at 9 at night. Im left with no choice but to find another provider. Their service worked great for a year. You find out about a company by how they treat customers and this one fails!!!!

    Waste of money! Wifi never works! I live in a rural area but not far from town. The internet goes on and off constantly. All they tell me when I call is that I have to get the higher package price. When I first got service at this address I had not many issues with it. As time went on it got worse and now I barely have service half the time.

    Its been 3 days with no internet! Ive tried to call email chat etc etc but nobody gives answers about issue or when its going to be fixed. After calling for 3 days they finally allowed me to speak with a supervisor (after I beg because I cant operate my business)The lady on the phone was so mean! Just saying no estimate on when its coming back and cant help youWhen I asked if itll take a week or a month she did not want to answer. I tired to explain that my work in risk and I need to move different place if the cant provide me internet. When I said its she became more rude telling me I dont have estimate!Her name is ******* Employee number ******.Im not blaming her for the internet issues but the fact she dont want to help just made more mad.Make yourself a favorite specialty if you work from home! They WILL hurt your job.
