    I had internet service with this company and disconnected the service due to moving. I had a balance of 22 dollars and had not paid it yet. I checked my bank account and they took the money out of my checking account without permission. I called to complain and they said they would issue a refund because I was so pissed and they still have not issued the refund. This has been about 2 weeks ago.

    We do not have any credit card or bank related information on file pertaining to said client. Hence, we had no way to charge the account. Nonetheless, we attempted to return the charge, but it was rejected by ******** financial institution. We are happy to try again, but ****** will need to contact her financial instituation first.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

       They did take the money out of my account.  The lady on the phone had informed me that they had a new program or whatever she called it and when people get behind on their bill it gets taken out of their account.  I am super pissed off about this.  Their statement does not even make any sense.  I will take a check in the amount that they stole out of my account, because that is what they did.  This statement is a straight lie.

    Sorry, we must refund the transaction in the same format. Please let us know after you have contacted your financial institution and we will refund the charge. We will also waive the outstanding invoice thereafter.
