I was referred by a trusted roofer ***********************. He does not service my area, so I asked him who did and he gave me ********* number. When she first came to my house and gave me an estimate it was $300 which I agreed to. The next time she said it would be $400 for gas. I didn't know I was supposed to pay for her gas. Initially she said she could use shingles that I had for the repair. It turned out the shingles I had weren't usable, so she said it would be another $50. I ended up paying her $450 for the $300 job she quoted. I get having to pay for materials, but she charged me $50 for 3 shingles. I think I should have gotten the whole pack at least since I paid for it. She was also over 2 hours late. Didn't return my voicemail until I left another one and the whole job took less than an hour. I'm unsure if what was done will last or if my roof will be safe. You get what you pay for apparently. After seeing these other reviews now I'm really worried. I'm poor and could barely afford the $300 much less the extra $100 for her gas. Don't proclaim to service a certain area and then ask for gas money.

She has a BBB sticker on her truck, but is not BBB accredited.
