    **************** . Ordered August 17th, sent an email about little more than 2.5 weeks later. Company said they were working on a backlog. Sent an email asking for a refund more than a month after I bought the product, they ignored that one. Sent another one 5 days later, let's see if they ignore that one as well.

    This company is horrible...PERIOD! They immediately accepted payment for my order but still have not received my products. I have emailed multiple times and called only to get an answering service and no call back. My initial email was met with a reply describing overwhelming orders and promise of delivery the next week. Now my latest requests for a status on my order and lastly a refund of my money are met with absolute silence. HORRIBLE! I would not give even 1 star but the submission process requires it.

    Buyer beware... I purchased this item and was told it would arrive within a couple of weeks. It never showed or no updates, but they kept marketing to me to buy more from them. When I contacted them they replied, apologizing saying they were running behind by a a few weeks but see my order and it was going out within a week and I'd receive tracking. Two more weeks went by nothing. I reached out again, and other apology and I was told it was going out and then yes I received a postal notification. I monitored this and nothing occurred for almost an other month. Reaching out again they did not reply until it arrived and said congratulations your package has arrived. ******** customer service.

    Order was placed on 7/20. Website indicated that order would be shipped within a few days I have not received my order. I have requested a refund and have not received an answer. Comments on social media seem to suggest that nobody is receiving orders in a timely fashion if at all.

    Looks like Im joining a growing group of people to not receive an order or a response from these people. Its been a week since I ordered. I wasnt going to wait months to try to get a response or refund going. They could at the very least respond to customers when they email asking for a status. Their website says it will ship the next business day. They ought to take that down cause they clearly cant make that happen. Im going to try a couple more times to get a response then Im disputing the charge with my bank

    Buyer beware. I ordered mine 2 months ago, sent an email about the status of my order and received a reply they were running behind as they had a death in the family and I'm so sorry to say this but I'm calling BS on that response. Receive an email on 8/12 that it's ready to ship and as of today 8/22, it still has not left. I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute my charges.

    I ordered almost two months ago and have sent inquiries about shipping via email which went unanswered. Just when I sent a complaint into *******, I suddenly received an email that my order had finally shipped. Their website indicates that the items are in stock and available. Now after checking tracking, my order never actually shipped but is sitting at the facility and that was ten days ago. Checking other reviews and social media posts there are many unhappy customers making the same complaints! Money paid but no product received and no communication offered to assist. This is a scam! Im always usually happy to support local businesses as I live in ********, but dont waste your time or money or this one. I will be fighting for a refund.

    I ordered and asked for a shipping update after nine days of ordering. When I sent an email to infoattethertugdotcom I got a response that said the email doesnt exist. I tried two more times. Same thing. I am disputing with my bank since it is obviously a scam since the email they list to contact doesnt actually exist.

    WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. HEED THIS WARNING AND THE MANY OTHER REVIEWS STATING THIS EXACT SAME THING!Ordered November 24th, 2024 with all attachments. Approximately 6 weeks later the pole arrived with just the rope, which then came untied in the first few minutes of play. Today is February 3rd, 2025 and I have yet to receive the rest of the order. I patiently asked for shipping updates and was told it will ship next week. I finally gave up today and asked for a refund, which was provided. However, no apology or communication to try a rectify their issues with shipping. There was an email sent from the owner placing the blame on being unable to get materials from their vendors. Currently stuck with half a product that I can do nothing with and they want me to pay to ship the product back.
