Placed an order on 7/24/25 upon purchase there was zero notice to me as a consumer that there were extensive shipping delays. I was emailed on 8/8/25 notifying me I would receive shipping the week of 8/19/25. It is now 8/25/25 and I still am yet to receive any information about shipping or an estimated time of arrival for my purchase a month ago. This is a dishonest business who lacks transparency to their consumers around their own production and shipping delays who is comfortable lying to their customers charging them for a delivery fee and struggling to make good on the sale of their goods.Business Response

I'm sorry about the delay. Our little company is totally overwhelmed. As you know we have printed your shipping label and handed it off to the post office. I will check with them to make sure that there is some sort of movement.

I placed an order with Tether Tug on 7/3/2025 and my wife on 7/4/2025. (Order#*******, #*******) I received my first email on 7/8/2025 stating that they have my order and hopefully will be shipping the next week. On 7/28/2025 I received my second email stating, "sorry to sound like a broken record, your order will be this week". Granted, during this time, I made attempts to contact the company. Some were answered with generic responses and some there were no replies or communication. The last response stated that they were combining my orders into one for shipping and would refund shipping cost for one of the orders. They did refund the shipping cost on one of the orders. On 08/05/2025, received email stating label had been created and would be handed over to post office within a few days. Today is 08/19/2025 and still no shipping confirmation or tracking information received. Their website states that current shipping times will be 14 days! It's been six weeks since we placed our orders , which we have not received nor had sufficient customer service communication follow up. After reading responses on both social media and the BBB complaints, this seems to be a common complaint for this company with little to no resolve on the company's part to correct or make better. Basically, I have been told on three separate occasions that my order would be shipping. Was the first email a lie? The second email a lie? The third email a lie? They have received my money and have yet to deliver the product that they promise.Business Response

I ordered a tether tug kit on June 25, 2025 and my ****** account was immediately charged. I still have not received the merchandise or a date I should expect to receive what I purchased. The only mention of shipping times on their website, both at the time of my order, and currently, indicates a one to two day shipping time frame. I feel like this is false advertising at best and some sort of scam at worst. Can someone please educate this business regarding ambiguous language and disclosure about shipping delays? Informed customers can make better buying decisions, including whether or not they want to wait an undetermined amount of time to receive an order while being out the money.Customer Answer

This has not been resolved. Received notification of a shipping label created on 8/7/2025 but the **** has not actually received the package. We are at almost two months now. I am not sure who else to contact but this business should be penalized for this behavior.Business Response

On June 18th, 2025 I purchased a tether tug toy for my dog online. I am writing this on July 22, 2025 and have not recieved my product and have got nothing but the run around via email inquiry. I emailed June 30th, 11 days after my purchase to inquire on the status of my order. They told me it would ship the next week. I emailed again on July 7, as I had not received a shipping confirmation. To which they said they appreciate my patience and that June 13th orders were just getting sent out. I emailed again on July 15th, to which I recieved no response. I emailed "hello"?, on July 18th, and also recieved no response. My final email at this point was on July 19th, telling them that if they didn't respond and send my order, I would be going to the BBB. They responded that my order would be shipped the following Monday, which was yesterday. I'm not sure if this is a scam, or if they are a legitimate company.Customer Answer

I have received a tracking number for a package "recieved" by **** on July 25th. Its now aug 1st, and I ordered this product June 18th. No further communication from this company. I do see them removing negative comments on thier socials, so they are not being transparent with thier customers.
