    Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They sent me TWO defective products in one shipment and will only refund for one of them. They are both completely unusable. They also refused to refund any shipping. Do not give them business, they are dishonest.

    I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your shopping experience. However, we do have a strict return policy on used items. As one of the items you were trying to return was already visibly used in the picture you provided us, it was not eligible to be returned. Defective items will always be eligible for return or replacement if they are in unused condition and reported within 7 days of delivery. You can read our full returns policy at smokea.com/returns.

    I never have to wonder when my package will arrive. It gets delivered before I can think "when". I have ordered a few times, and I am impressed with the fulfillment and delivery every time. If I could give an 8, I would. For sure have my business.

    This business sold Marijuana to a teenager without asking for their identification to verify if they were ovet 21 or not. She had very bad side effects. They just want to be paid.
