    I give the company 5 stars for service, but 1 star for the particular product I ordered, which averages out to 3 stars. I ordered their light-bulb shaped security camera. Didn't like the idea of having it connected to the so called "cloud", being that the product is of mainland ***** origin (there's enough negative news about TikTok's security issues). In the ads we were told that we didn't have to connect to the "cloud", but when I got to that part of the installation process, couldn't get beyond that point. Kept getting prompts that I should really accept the service. I, therefore, returned the product. The customer service person at the other end of the telephone line was courteous, professional, abd didn't try to dissuade me from returning it. I also received plenty of emails informing me of the status of my original order and when returned product was received and refunded.

    The security camera is something I felt I really needed and the $50 reward card at $14.95 a month is a great deal.

    Do not buy from dotcomproducts. they add charges to your order after you agree to the final cost of a product. They claim not to be able to find your order, name, address, or even if you placed an order. The only way i found that they were shipping was a tracking number through paypal. I have disputed the extra charges through paypal with no outcome at this time. i wouldnt give them 1 start but I have to

    Couldn't give zero stars!Decided against ordering. They literally call 5 times a day!! Each time I declined the order request and have advised them to not contact again. They continue to be harassing! DO NOT GIVE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO THEM!!

    Would like it better if it was made in ******* but the security camera operates very well. My only dislike is the sound. It makes when someone approaches the door. I live in a condo and it is annoying to people that live next to me. Also, it will pick up any movement in the complex which is good, but I also get about 50 notifications a day. You need to be able to adjust the sensitivity, and to turn off that loud sound when someone approaches the door. I need that sound to be on my phone or in my condo instead of outside.

    I finally received the light bulb cameras that were ordered. No mater have I tried they would not hookup with house internet not with my phone. I would like to return them. If the product would work ,it could be a good idea. But, as I said, i could not get the product to hookup nor could others in my family get the product to work properly.

    Worthless junk ordered one light bulb camera .came with no instruction charged twice the price .plus some kind of reoccurring charge that hit us twice in one week both over 50.00. you can buy them at Walmart that work for 20.00bucks.I have had zero luck with this place.so now have to get bank involved probably change bank info so they can't keep charging .where like at 200.00 that they have taken. Calling better business bureau in morning .And attorney general.tired of this ******* places ripping people off.they don't deserve a star should be minus 1000 stars

    I ordered 6 security cameras and chips. The product won't work. I contacted them repeatedly. They did not respond. I am putting on hold for an hour know and no one answer the phone call. Do not do business with this company.

    I have only ordered one product so far it is a Bluetooth speaker for the ** they did what they promised I got it at a good price.
